Used for two days, a very good mini case, does not take up space, mainly connected to the TV, watching movies is great, very smooth, you can also brush Tiktok, simply cool to explosion, nest on the sofa, enjoy the large size of the TV at the same time, there are computer functions, really very comfortable, of course, there are disadvantages, the memory is small, not suitable for playing large games, small games are OK, Absolutely no problem, I am not a fan of games, so the specific words or to see the personal experience, but the chassis is really good, the appearance is very attractive, specially equipped with a two-in-one keyboard and mouse, more convenient to use, to achieve the freedom of entertainment appliances, while watching movies while surfing the web, very good machine

I had the need to setup a remote workspace in my house. Essentially all I needed was something that would run slack, teams, have multiple browsers up, run something like youtube tv, and rdp. No games, no heavy CPU usage, just run all those things well.
This computer is plenty good for that. I have 2 HD monitors hooked up (not 4k), usually have youtube tv streaming on one monitor, rdp (into a powerful machine for work) on the other monitor. No stuttering in video, and plenty responsive in rdp and other browsers I have up.
Folks that are coming from the i7/i9 world, remember this is a Celeron. Instead of maybe 32 threads, you get 4. Integrated intel graphics, no fancy graphics card. As long as your expectations are scaled down, this machine does what you think it should do.
A few notes: install is very straightforward. They ask what country, what login do you want, and what password do you want (local account, you can set up under Microsoft account umbrella later if you want with a preference setting). 0 bloatware (thank you)!! You’ll spend a lot of time initially loading service packs, maybe an hour or so, but then you’re set. I did initially have it running wirelessly, but I didn’t get satisfactory speeds (was expecting around 300Mb, but was only just north of 100Mb), so I put it on a wired network and got the gigabit I was expecting. If you run something like youtube TV, it is a 50% drag on the processor. Plenty extra power to do lightweight tasks like web browsing/rdp/slack msg/telegram/whatever while streaming video with no video stutter or lag in interactivity. It runs a little warm when you’re doing a lot but have had no overheating issues. It has very quiet; a fan but I can’t hear it.
Very happy with purchase, didn’t expect a barn burner, but it is just fine for what I needed at a very good price. Hope this helps someone.

Pretty sure I did this review already but here it goes again.
Works great and all that but it has a cable already installed for a second 2.5″ drive. when you install the 2nd drive like the instructions say you cannot attach the cable because they are thick and not flexible enough to make the twist. I had to attach the cables BEFORE screwing the drive into the indicated spot then finandgle and curse until I could get the cover back on and the screws back into it. DO NOT USE POWERED DEVICE TO SET SCREWS because it is already too easy to strip the holes with a manual screwdriver!
There was a little flat plastic piece that came with it that is allegedly something to attach to the wall and hang the device from but I doubt any one uses it or can figure it out since I did not notice any holes or hangars on the device itself. I may have overlooked it though . . .
Runs W11 with no issues and is updateable. The 16gigs memory is accurate.
RUNS nice and quiet and the air blowing from the side (with the USB ports) is nice and hot so i hope it is effectively pulling out enough heat.
You cannot get into the UEFI settings even though when you are in the bios you can enable them. WHen you are in windows and do a SHift-Restart that takes you to that selection screen, press the UEFI tab and it simply reboots the machine without taking you to any UEFI screen. There is a zip file on their website that i think is supposed to update the bios, for whatever reason, but it literally did not seem to do anything at all. For sure it didn’t give me UEFI settings. And I had to go to a third party site to even find out how to install it (download zip file, open it and copy to a USB drive, reboot).
OVERALL a good device though i would not use it for gaming or high intensive applications or it might just melt down (kinda kidding but still I wouldn’t).

This computer fired right up and works great! I don’t game. I just use for browsing, banking and office work. For this purpose, the computer is lightning fast. I haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to longevity or needing any support. It’s small and quiet. I can highly recommend at this point. After some time, I may come back and either upgrade to 5 stars or if I have problems I will lower it… But, so far it’s great!

I really wanted to like this mini-pc. I bought it for organizing/storing/viewing 20+ years of family photos and videos. It worked fine for the the first hour. Then I started transferring the photos from an external hard drive and the thing crashed. Windows would not start back up after dozens of tries. I finally figured out how to reboot in safe mode and then just removed the files I already put on it and returned the thing through Amazon.

Excellent packaging and quick delivery. Plug and play! Ready to use right out of the box. Super easy set up. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed, and 16 GB of ram makes this little devise a Beast! Bought as a second home PC. now it is our primary PC.
Super-fast and reliable. Space saving design is fantastic! Portable and great for travelling. Comes with and HD cable and power supply cord. We have been using it on a daily basis and it is up to the challenge. No monitor needed easily wired to your TV!
Work laptop crashed and had to use for a weeklong business trip. Was able to connect to hotel TVs with the provided HD cable. Pages load fast, no lag, no issues, and maps opened smoothly.
