I bought this to deal with 100+F temps this past summer and it worked fantastic. I was actually cold sleeping next to this fan! It’s very quiet and perfectly cancels out a lot of noise!

Before I purchased this fan I read a lot of the reviews and decided to give it a try as I own another fan by the same company and figured I would do a comparison. First,it is not an air conditioner unit it is an air cooler. The big question ,does it work. Short answer, yes. When I placed ice cold water along with the included ice packs(which aren’t bad but there are better options) and lots of ice in the tank, the fan blew colder air than my other fan(which is just a fancy fan). The recommended use is in addition to an open windows or account vent but I’ve noticed that either way it still works as advertised. There are lower cost alternatives but this fan works. The only negatives are it’s not wifi connected like my other fan and the hassle of refilling the tank. When refilling I just leave everything connected and pour everything in ,as disconnecting and reconnecting the hose is a pain.

Instructions for set up were entirely unhelpful. Once I put the base in wrong, I couldn’t undo or fix it. I can’t even box it up now to send it back.
I followed the directions to set up this unit–to put the base on the tower of the air conditioner. Once it was attached, I have not been able to remove it, and it didn’t attach correctly. It’s a defect in the design of the product and in the directions, I believe. I cannot get the base off of the product without breaking it, so I cannot put this item back in the box to return it. I need help. How can I get my money back for this faulty product. I bought insureance with this item, and now, I have a brocken fan that I cannot use or send back. Please help.

I just received my Dreo Tower fan that blows cold air. I am impressed, doesn’t blow air like a regular AC but close to, I am so happy of the performance. I wish I bought this before evaporative air cooler. Fortunately heat waves in Los Angeles is over, at least I am ready for next summer. Thank you.

This is my second cooler. This is perfect for keeping my bedroom cool, although air conditioning works fine I do not have central air so that nice cool air has trouble getting into the bedroom, even using fans to push the cooler air. I bought a second one because I’m so impressed with my first! They work great, just keep ice, water going — which last for a good while and you’re good to go. I highly recommend! Its a life saver for me!

I purchased this water cooled fan for my screened in patio, which always seems warmer than my yard (perhaps the aluminum roof thermally conducts the suns heat into the patio). It works well and cools the patio to a bearable temperature (I’m in Eastern Washington which is hot and semi-arid). I like the rotation and speed controls. The only downside is that to fill the water reservoir you pull out it out of the bottom of the fan unit, but you’re limited in how far you can pull it out if you don’t want to remove the pump and assorted lines, which are a pain to put back in place. The photo shows how far you can pull the reservoir out without disconnecting the lines.

This fan is tall, it was extremely easy to assemble. The fan, itself moves a lot of air & oscillates to cover my room.
I used the cooling function with 2 larger ice packs, as the ones that came were smaller & thinner than I anticipated. I have used the cooling function with the ice packs that came with it & it doesn’t cool that way either.
I am using this in a small bedroom & I am disappointed that it doesn’t cool for the entire night. It’s a good fan & would cool a small room for a few hours & then it would need to have frozen ice packs changed out. If used that way it works better. I am not getting up in the middle of the night to swap ice packs. It has a remote, but, I haven’t used it.

My partner and I both run really warm and our households temp unfortunately is restricted to about 82 degrees nightly. The cooling power this fan has runs great. Isn’t loud at all, the beep/button noises are typically louder than the fan itself but even that has the option to turn off. It’s sleek and great quality overall, I just wish it was a little cheaper. 🙂
