I tried the DRMTLGY Anti-Aging Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 46, hoping to simplify my skincare and sun protection routine. While there are aspects of this product I appreciate, a few drawbacks have made me hesitant about purchasing it again.
On the positive side, the SPF 46 protection is impressive for a tinted moisturizer. It offers robust sun protection, which is essential for preventing sun damage and aging, making this product a viable option for those looking to protect their skin while enhancing its appearance. The high SPF is a significant plus, especially for those concerned about sun exposure and its effects on skin health.
However, there are a couple of issues that detract from the overall experience. Firstly, the moisturizer tends to leave a noticeable oily sheen on the skin. This can be a dealbreaker for anyone with naturally oily or combination skin, as it exacerbates the appearance of greasiness throughout the day. Instead of achieving a luminous or dewy finish, which many seek in a tinted moisturizer, it leans more towards an unwanted shine.
Additionally, the product has a peculiar smell that I found off-putting. I really do love this tinted moisturizer SPF. It’s nice and lightweight and has a nice feel and look on my skin. I live in Florida, so my skin tone is probably closer to medium than fair. I feel that this matches a fair skin tone versus medium or dark. It still blends pretty well, but it would be nice if they had different shades, or at least one to match slightly darker skin tones. Otherwise really love it.

The only suncream I have use that feels comfortable on my skin. I love the glow it leaves behind and it is not greasy also a definite plus is that it doesn’t leave a white cask. Will purchase again.

I love this tinted sunscreen! I wish I had tried it sooner. While I usually prefer mineral sunscreens, I occasionally make an exception and this is one of them. I know a lot of other people love this but I was skeptical about the color match. Brown girls don’t always get this lucky. Turns out, it blends in beautifully into my skin. This does not have any cast on me at all. The coverage is very sheer and barely there, very natural; so it’s not covering up any imperfections. The texture is like a lightweight moisturizer, not runny, and it spreads very easily. Reapplication is a breeze. This is not a sweat resistant formula so it’s not for beach days. However, it’s a great option for daily wear. I have oily skin and this has a natural finish. It’s such an elegant formula. No irritation, no breakouts, and it doesn’t burn my eyes. It feels moisturizing but not heavy. The bottle arrived with a tamper proof seal. And the pump works great, no issues. I think the price is fine for such a nice formula and packaging. But if you can get it on sale, don’t hesitate!
I also love these tinted sunscreens: Neutrogena Mineral UV Tint in Medium Deep, Elta MD UV Daily Tinted, Colorscience Flex in Tan (has more coverage to even out skin tone).

I purchased this after seeing reviews. It goes on smooth and light without a white cast but I don’t know that the tinted portion added anything to my skin. It was very moisturizing. I appreciate the SPF immensely and used it on a trip to LA. I didn’t not get surburned. I also didn’t breakout. I will co to use purchasing.

I wear this stuff year-round, but I find summer and winter to be when I love it the most. It’s very humid where I live, so makeup is often a big “no-thanks” come June-August. This tinted moisturizer gives me SPF and mild coverage/smoothing when it’s sweltering. On the flip side, when I’m looking all dried out and crusty in the winter, it can still help me look more alive and hydrated. My only complaint is that because of the SPF/zinc oxide, if it does get in your eyes at all, it will burn. Still, I really like this stuff and it’s a regular in my rotation

I use this Tinted sunscreen every day. I use it as a primer before I put on my foundation. This sunscreen is very versatile. It Eli’s protect against UV rays and visible light, helps cover my blemishes And doesn’t leave my face oily and cause acne. Sunscreen Is very light and smooth. I have even used the sunscreen without foundation. Would definitely recommend this product.
