I have tried expensive primers and I always go back to elf. It’s very lightweight and really saves on foundation as you only need a small amount after using this. Minimizes pores as well.

At first I was skeptical as I used a very expensive brand. With that being said I also wanted it to be cruel free. I waited awhile before writing this review becuase I wasn’t even certain it would work. Boy was I surprised ! This primer is amazing and helps keep my makeup on all day, even in the heat. And it is such a great product,I can’t recommend it enough. I was sold on it and will be sure to have it on hand as part of my daily routine. If you are having problems with it, you are using too much. I use a tiny bit after my face dries from my moisturizer. Then I apply it and wait til it dries before putting on my make-up. It helps my skin feel hydrated. I Will be buying this from now on! THANK YOU ELF!

This product was life-changing! I had never used anything under my foundation before and I have been missing out! It is soothing and creamy, and you only use a small amount. It makes the base of the make up stay on all day. After using it for several weeks, I noticed that my skin is so much smoother and not dry and itchy. The price is inexpensive and the delivery is quick. I highly recommend this product.

I have extremely oily skin and I felt this product added to the oil. It made my face very soft and allowed my makeup to go on extremely easy. This is a perfect product for someone that does not suffer from oily skin.

I think it works well, but it has a strange smell. Unscented is fine but this is not a pleasant smell.

I read the worst reviews on this and it makes me think, “to each their own” because I found it to work very well and God I love the feel of it on my skin. I am 75 and have a lot of wrinkles, but somehow this stuff helps to soften them and make them less obtrusive. Just the tiniest bit goes a very long way too. I read where somebody complained at the cost because there was practically nothing in the bottle. I will have to wait and see about that because I don’t like paying too much for things, but so far, I am loving this product. It does have a smell that I don’t like because it smells somewhat chemical, but it is very light and disappears quickly. If I let all of that stuff get in my way all of the time, I would never use any products. Bottom line, I do like this product a lot.

I absolutely love this product. The positive reviews and the description of this product, Elf, are all on point. I have large pores on my nose. Elf, smoothes out the pores to show a smooth surface ready for my application of foundation. Plus, it stays put for the rest of the day until I remove my make up.

This primer is great and works well. It feels really soft when you apply it and spread out nice and easy. It does help makeup stick to it. I use a little extra in the areas I know my face is more dry. I will be getting another one once this one runs out!
