My 2016 MacBook Air has started giving me trouble when it doesn’t connect to wifi sometime and so I thought of trying this product. Drivers are available online too and it was included in a CD too.
My 2 cents below:
Pros:
– Very functional product
– Latest wifi standards and capability
– Speed is as good as the inbuilt wifi capability. I streamed 4K videos and it worked like a charm
– Connection doesn’t drop at all
– Tiny in size hence easy to handle
– Drivers included in CD and available online too
– Wide operating system compatibility. Works in various Windows and Mac OS
– Reasonably priced
Cons:
– Needs driver for functioning and no plug & play capability

I am on an internet service with 300 Mbps this wireless device did fine and I got the desired speed. Where things went wrong is when I tested between two computers on the same local area network. I set up two computers with both computers using the ElecMoga wireless dongle and the throughput was 60Mbps tops. Using one ElecMoga dongle and an internal Wifi 6 in a laptop and got 110Mbps throughput.
If you want to connect to a device on the same network, find something else.

Ok the end it was easy to set up but seemed daunting as my computer didn’t run the program as the directions say they will but was able to find it in my computer and run the program myself. Basically once you install it, it’s supposed to popup the next step to then connect to the WiFi but didn’t for me but still was able to figure it out with ease not being computer savvy. Insert disc, download, run program and set up to your WiFi! Took me maybe 10 minutes from the time I opened the box to the time I had WiFi and was removing my WiFi cords! Works just as good as can be. Been about a month as I won’t make a review without actually knowing if it’ll last and am yet to have it drop network ONCE. I’ve unplugged it and plugged back in and it was able to set up automatically to the WiFi. 9.6/10 * for me

I got this as a quick way to supply a computer that was given to me with WiFi and it’s works wonderfully! Very quick and easy to install. It has the capability to access 2g and 5g internet. I am very happy with this product.

I replaced another big-box brand wireless adapter on my preteen daughter’s PC which is as far from my wireless router as physically possible. At about 75ft and through several walls, this one is solid. The one i replaced was hit or miss on the connection and strength varied wildly from 0-4 bars. This replacement works fantastic!
Iv had it going for about 2 months now and zero complaints. My kid does all her homework, video calls with her friends, streaming music and videos, absolutely zero lagging.
This one is able to connect to my faster 5ghz wireless channel as well as the old 2.4ghz channel. Im 100% satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Works great, no drop off or signal issues. Speed tested well at an average of 80/85Mbps down&up (multiple testing clients,) through two rooms in home network. Quick install as it is just plug and play on the Win11 PC we used it on.
Comes with installation guide and a MiniCD, neither of which were needed as it just popped right up & looked for networks once plugged in. Happy too; as our collage student didn’t feel the need to build their PC with a CDRom drive. Only issue would be the design as it is large, and with the twin (independent adjustment) antenna might/may pose an issue for a tight area.
