We finally got to make our first batch of homemade ice cream and it was absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend this ice cream maker. It comes with directions and different recipes. Besides it was very easy to assemble and use! The grandkids are going to love it!

I use the recipe book that came with it for vanilla. It is super creamy and the next day after being in the freezer its not all iced up and grainy. Takes about 50 minutes to make. Great product and great recipe book

Once I figured out the metal canister rotated and not the paddle/dasher, I was able to have success. I wish it had an on off switch but unplugging is ok for the price. Sometimes a little difficult to get the motor plugged into the dasher, but really, it only took me about 20 seconds. I’ve gone through several other brand makers and finally had success. Motor is fine. Worked well. Best maker I’ve bought.

Everything Great!

This makes super tasty and super soft ice cream (even after being in the freezer for a week!). I thought the machine was self-stopping at 45 minutes, but it’s not. 4 stars for lack of clear directions on that part, and… it’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It’s hard to store with the dimensions. Check the dimensions carefully and make sure it fits in the place that you want to store this device. Otherwise, it’s great!

This worked great both times we used it. However, the paddle is cheap plastic and broke on the third use. Trying to get a replacement has been a nightmare! The company does not respond to your emails . I even said I would pay for the replacement part and still after a year have not heard a peep from them. Do not buy this product!

I bought this for the family as a Christmas present. Today we finally had the time to try and make our first batch of ice cream. We went for a half-batch of the most basic flavor we could try – Sweet Cream. everything was working great and just as the timer was about to run out I heard a loud snap in the machine. I quickly unplugged it from the wall and took the motor housing off to reveal that the churning paddle had snapped right at the point where its post was attached to the motor. So in the end we paid $60 for one batch of Ice cream.
