This product does what it’s supposed to so I’m giving it 3 stars but I am NOT a fan of the way it makes my face feel: sticky, coated, and not soft or smooth. To be fair, I don’t typically wear makeup and was planning to use this as my daily face sunscreen; the primer was just a bonus. But I finally threw it in the trash last night after giving it one more try yesterday. My face just felt icky, almost dirty, all day long. Maybe if you put makeup/powder on over it, it may work for you. I prefer a dewy finish, and the Thank Me Later Illuminating Primer has that (but no sunscreen).

This stuff really does the job. My brown spots are really diminished to the point that they are almost invisible and the primer also facilitates the make up application. This stuff really works! I was skeptical because nothing I have tried actually covers the red. This does and really well. I have redness from broken capillaries on my face and I have to put tons of foundation on to hide them. Not with this, it works beautifully and i will be ordering more of it. It also covers the redness on my nose and tones down the bags under my eyes a little bit too. I highly recommend it. I looked at the Elizabeth Mott website first but they charge shipping and with Prime the shipping here is free

** This is an edited review and I retract my previous statement. I tested the product further, thankfully. **
Do your normal skin routine night before. Prior to applying product. Just wash face, use your toner, apply your eye cream. No moisturizer, just use a little dime dab of YTML, rub around finger tips, apply throughout face and eye lids. This technique I tried a few days ago in 90 degree weather and it budged a bit but not too much. Adding to my eyelids helped my eyeshadow not to crease or fade. This works well. Thanks!
The normal routine for anyone. You clean your face, add your moisturizer and then apply this on top and let it set for like a minute. Face locked in? Good. No? I had better foundation coverage without it? And it did not exactly help matte sweat. If anything it made my make up melt off? Not great for me. Doesnβt mean it doesnβt do wonders for someone else. π€·π»ββοΈ
