The guitar came almost unplayable. I had to adjust the trust rod. And file down 5 frets that were to high. And the guitar was very dry I had to oil the fretboard and bridge. But after that. The guitar sounds amazing.

Have been playing acoustic for over 60 years. I have owned very expensive guitars and this one is right in step with those. Nice feel as it is slightly smaller that a J-200 model. Make in Indonesia by Epiphone a division of Gibson. First played the Gibson in a local guitar store. But at $2200 retail I passed on it. For the price this guitar can’t be beat. Amazon shipped it in two days. Very good service.

The guitar was in its Epiphone product (cardboard) box but that was put into a larger, flimsy box with no protective shipping material to keep it from bouncing around during shipping. It’s a freekin guitar!!! Duh. Plus the delivery person left it standing up against a wall IN THE RAIN right beside a covered porch! People!!! But I kept it since it miraculously survived the journey (and the rain) and still plays and sounds great! 5 stars for Epiphone, 1 star for the seller.
