The metal is so soft it bends easily. I don’t think this will last but it reaches the seeds as advertised.

I bought this as a Christmas stocking stuffer for my wife. She has been through chef school and worked in the industry for years, and is very picky about the tools she uses (Don’t dare abuse her chef knives!) She used it on Christmas day to make cream cheese stuffed peppers, and was raving about how easy this tool was to use, and what a great job it did. I scored big points with this one!

I bought 2 of these. One for me and one for my parents. It is getting close to BBQ season and we love to make stuffed yellow chilis. This is perfect for cleaning out the veins and seeds that you don’t want to eat. There is a blue sticky plastic on it when it arrives. Make sure to take all pieces off, including the ones in the triangle shaped grooves. They are a little hard to remove as they are stuck but with a little work, it will all come out. The feel is a little thin, I wish it was a little but studier as it feels like it may snap if used to hard. I hope I am wrong.
