We loved the bed as we saw it online. When it arrived the headboard piece was broken. We got a replacement. When we finally got the replacement headboard from the company it was broken in the same place as the original. This company is hard to contact. You have to chat with them or send emails. They do not take calls because of “Covid.” I would not recommend. It’s poor quality at a high price.

I absolutely love this crib. It matches the rest of my house perfectly! It’s very heavy and seem like good quality. I’ve had it a little over a year and built it when I was 9 months pregnant with my mom. Super easy assembly. The only problem that I have is that it is now discontinued and they no longer make the parts for it. I really want to convert it in to a full size bed so my older son can use it as well. Please reply to comment if anybody sees the manufacturers wooden rails and conversion kit.

There was a piece of metal sticking out that my son in law had to shave down, holes didn’t line up to put the screws in which made the sides of the crib not line up.

Too expensive to arrive with damaged parts, no instructions, & missing hardware. Signs that this crib may have been used prior to us buying it. Beautiful crib & nice quality, we just had to buy the needed hardware & look up the instructions on Google. The damaged parts were in places that were somewhat easy to hide. Just a shame that it came in the state that it did.

It’s only letting me upload one photo right now so I will try to add more after. The backboard, side board and legs are severely damaged. It’s clear that it was likely damaged before the shipping process. On our way to return.

The crib and dresser were purchased for my grandson soon to arrive. The pictures do no justice. This set was sturdy and the wood is elegantly detailed. It was not hard to put together either. Couldn’t be more pleased.
