Shredder has worked great so far. It will shred unopened junk mail letters, six sheets or more of 20lb. paper and has not jammed yet where I would have to use the reverse function. It hasn’t overheated while filling the bin. Should have purchased this Fellows shredder years ago.

Additionally, this sits under my office window and so my cat sometimes uses it as a step-stool to get on/off the window sill. He would often tip my other shredder over because it was top heavy, but this one has not tipped yet, no matter how hard my cat launches himself. Shredder also works very well, properly shredding paper as specified, without jamming or leaving the edges un-shredded.
