I needed these to rehab a shoulder. Having three resistance band options was nice, BUT they were not long enough for what I needed – parallel shoulder pull back rows. Instead, I took the handles off which were comfortable and used a longer resistanace cord from my therapy clinic. Overall, they are ok, but a little too short.

If you’re looking for resistance tubing, this seems like a pretty good choice.
The clips allow you to customize a variety of resistances, which is pretty neat, and it makes this set more compact and easy to manage than three totally separate bands. Everything seems relatively sturdy (so far, so good), and it’s comfortable enough while using.
So, really, no complaints; it’s a simple set of bands, done relatively well. It won’t blow you away, but for the price, it seems pretty nice?

My wife had an accident and now needs physical therapy. Using resistance bands like these will really help to speed up her rehabilitation.
These are light and easy to use. The handles allow for many types of resistance, standing, sitting and lying on the floor. Each will work different muscles or muscle groups.
The bands have 3 tension levels, that is, each band has a different resistance. You can combine two or more to add more challenge to your workout. The foam-covered handles are comfortable and the plastic parts seem durable.
I recommend watching 2-3 youtube videos on this type of product. It will help you understand its’ potential much better. I won’t say you can get a full-body work out, but you can certainly get a thorough work out, that will leave you sweaty and knowing your body or specific areas like arms, legs, buttocks and back have been exercised.
Stick with it. Change comes slowly. Be patient and give yourself time. Make it a daily habit and you will see results. Also, to get the most out of this set, alternate areas. Don’t do just arms, even though that may be your “problem area”, for example.
This is a decent set for the asking price and a good value. Highly recommended and would buy again.

It was traveling and wanted some thing to substitute some of my dumbbell exercises. This worked out great. It weighs close to nothing….So you can either put it in your carry-on luggage or checked in luggage.

As mother to 5 competitive swimmers and coach to more, I am always looking for safe but challenging exercise equipment to use during dryland. Especially during covid shutdown we tried several different exercise bands. All were short lived and top of that either not strong enough, too small, or both. Recently I tried a New Balance brand almost exactly similar to these but priced at $20 while these are currently $13.
These bands are well made. They have good length so can be used in different ways. The handles are nicely sized but made with a foam roller so they will not be as long lived as the New Balance that are plastic. Of course, these do feel more comfortable on the hands. There are three different strengths of cords which can be switched around to adjust for each individual’s strengths. The center connector is a nice touch and keeps from it becoming a tangled mess. These are more effective and versatile than the plain circular loops.
In general, this is the same design as the New Balance set, at a slighter cheaper quality and a much cheaper price. I would consider these to be the better choice.
