Birds love it. It is easy to use. I placed it on a pole. I added a squirrel cone to the pole. I keep it far enough from a tree to keep the squirrels off of it. In total I have four of these feeders on two separate poles. I put a variety of seed out each morning so that I can attract a variety of birds. It is easy to dump the empty shells from the previous day and then refill. It is fun to watch the birds eat from the trays. With four trays I sometimes have eight birds feeding at once. When it is windy the trays sway in the wind. The seed doesn’t spill. The birds sway in the wind with the feeder. That can be fun to watch. These are great feeder trays.

This is a sturdy, well made bird feeder. Easy to hang & holds quite a lot of bird seed (I got the smaller size). And the birds love it, as well as the squirrels. I have it hanging in my lilac bush in my front yard on a small branch. It has a small hook, so if you are planning on hanging the feeder in a larger tree, you will need to use a S hook to hang over larger branches.
