I have a 2004 z71 extended cab 6.5 foot bed truck and it fits great. Only complaint was the mid pipe where the inlet for the muffler slips in was elongated so I had to work at it with some channel locks to get it round to slip on the muffler. Everything fits tight and you do have to use a mallet to slide it in but the sound is worth the slight hassle.

Very easy to install, sounds great, and looks great. This exhaust system works very well on my 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 and only took about 30 minutes to get it from in the box to on my pickup, including removal of the factory system. Very impressed with the quality of the system.

Installed this on my 07 Ford Ranger. Took a bit of messing around but nothing a grinder and a magic metal machine couldn’t handle. Sounds awesome and looks wicked with the pipes coming out of the side.

Looks good and cleans up the back of the truck. Lots of compliments on the side out design, not everyone is use to seeing that in front of the back wheel. It doesn’t drone on the hwy but has a nice sound, not as loud as the duals it replaced and the sound is directed away from the drivers side to the left rear. I didn’t want the loud drone that my duals had when driving at hwy speeds with cruise control on. Just monotonous and annoying, loud only sounds good ripping around in town but most people drive hwy cruising the majority of the time and you don’t get that up and down thru the gears that makes loud pipes sound good. This is just right but probably not loud enuf for young guys in their 20’s or 30s.

Love this kit..I already have a dual exhaust out the back I didn’t mind it, but this exhaust is absolutely better. Deeper note to it and sounds awesome when you get on the throttle. Easily installed, only problem I had was with my old exhaust..nuts were rusted bad and wound up breaking one of them so just took to an exhaust shop and got they got it done in about 15 minutes..great price as well!

Sound is great, good rumble at idea, not too loud while highway driving. Had to fight to get the tail pipes into the muffler but after that went together easy.

Only issue I had was the pipes were slightly egged and I had to work at getting them in the muffler, could have happened during shipping, IDK. The system mounted well, went into the factory hangers perfectly. Sounds really good, loud but not too loud. Doesn’t have any drone at highway speed, only loud when your gettin on it.

Easy to install with moderate skill level. Great flowmaster sound. Ships with 40 series muffler and is rated as “Aggressive” in sound level, which is very accurate. The rumble is noticeable at startup, moderate at idle and loud with heavy acceleration. Sound level could be annoying to some especially in stop and go traffic. My daily commute is mostly open road so no real issue for me. I also installed a Spectre cold air intake and the combination seems well suited. I would recommend this system. Installed on a 2005 Chevy Silverado, Extended cab, 5.3L Z71 4×4.

It sounds perfect not to loud believe it or not was a lil worried about that install was super easy took maybe 1 hour pulled factory exhaust off without cutting it anywhere but truck is leveled on 33’s had to kinda squeeze exhaust pipe to slide muffler on was a lil out of round I love it if I could add a second I would lol
