The product was sold with a discount because of the dents on the lid but like it’s barley noticeable if your not paying attention I was so surprised on how nice it was it’s absolutely perfect. The instructions said it could take up to three hours to make ice and if you see the one picture with a tiny bit of ice that was within minutes it’s was so crazy how fast it worked. It’s super quiet. I think the only time I noticed it making a noise is when it dumps the ice but it’s still not loud. I will definitely be recommending this product to family and friends it was definitely a good purchase. Worth the money for sure 🫶

First thing, it says self cleaning, but you do have to clean it out every 2 weeks or so, a vinegar and water solution works well, also you’ll need something soft to get into the hard to reach areas. It works great, but a beeper or some kind of alert would be great to let you know when it’s full.

The unit is sold under a price/freight module from this seller, with the freight being as much as the model itself. And while I understand why some sellers do that, it’s still misleading to the consume because no matter where you indicate that on the site, it’s still missed. In addition, the unit came with a crack on the side near the exhaust fan (pictured) but so far it seems to be cosmetic in nature only. The first batch of ice is ready within minutes and the unit keeps it cooled well as it continues producing ice. I’ve not used the self-cleaning feature yet, but it looks straight forward and if it works like the rest of the unit, I’m sure I will not be disappointed. It’s a very nice addition to my office and I am happy with the product, just disappointed with the way the seller had everything set up

I bought this almost a year ago in July. I loved it ! Suddenly it stopped creating ice, I did the hard reset, cleaned it out and tried again and nothing. Contacted the manufacturer and haven’t gotten an answer. It’s sad when a product doesn’t last a year or more.
Customer service reached out to me after posting review and sent me a new product. My rating changed because I did love my ice maker until it stopped making ice

It’s been about 4 years since our refrigerator’s ice machine died. Since, the fridge was only 3 years old, just past warranty, of course, we opted to just buy a tabletop ice machine. Living in Phoenix, ice is a staple, and we found these machines pay for themselves vs buying ice within a couple weeks. This was the first time we bought this particular brand, as there are several brands with essentially the same machine. The machine functions as well as any other we have purchased, and we are pleased with it. The whole purpose of this post is to speak to the company’s warranty, which is 12 months. The machine stopped working after 6 months and the company replaced it with a new one. That simple.

I purchased this ice maker in November of 2022 and it was working great untilapril of 2023. I notified the seller thru customer support about the water pump making a terrible noise. They sent me a pump from China and told me to replace it. I watched a video on YouTube to see how to replace it but the power chord was to short so I had to cut the chord from the old one and attach it to the new pump. After reassemble the unit the new pump leaked. I have several cuts on my hand due to the thin sheet metal cover. I have sent another email to the seller to replace the unit but have not received any response. Just be aware of this before you buy one.
Today I received an email from customer support. They are sending me a replacement unit. I appreciate their response. I am now satisfied with their customer service. Customer service is what is all about. Thank you Euhomy.

I love this ice maker. My refrigerator ice maker kept breaking so I decided to buy this counter one. Glad I did because I love the ice cubes it makes and I never run out. Definitely recommend.

I have used this a couple times now and really like it. It makes ice very quickly and I like the bullet shape. The ice gets better (more solid and consistent size) with each cycle (each batch when making a bunch of ice at one time). I am only using a couple times a week, so hoping that by letting it dry fully between each use it won’t have any mold issues mentioned in some other reviews (if accurate). Great so far and total bargain with my $50 purchase price! I also use in my office and it is vey quiet and non-disruptive.
