Over all a good product. Took some time to put together, but not awful. Door magnet to be stronger or have two.

I ordered bronze color but only the base is bronze and the top cage that protects the glass is white and the cap is stainless steel. Also the instructions like the propane tank strap were missing. The screws to attach the burner didn’t fit either. Expensive so shouldn’t be missing anything.

I blocked out tree ours of my day to assemble this thing based on all the reviews about how hard this was to put together. It took me 1 hour while watching college football in the garage. I had some of it assembled before I found the instructions. Honestly with the instructions my teen daughter could have done it in under two hours. Don’t be afraid.
As for the unit itself… Its made of the same material you would expect at this price point. It fires up easily. The heat output is actually a little better than what I had expected but still not wicked hot (I have big heaters if I want lots of heat). I bought it because the look of this thing lit at night is pretty bad a**. Sitting in the hot tub with the flame of this heater being the only light other than the stars is pretty epic. I plan on buying another to put on my other deck.

We saw a bunch of these at an outdoor event and immediately bought one for our pool patio. It throws off plenty of heat and you can easily adjust the flame to suit your needs. Only thing to take into consideration is the unit’s height. If you have a deck with a roof covering, you may find the unit tall enough that you need to keep the flame low, so you don’t damage the roof ceiling.

This seems to be a very well-made patio heater, it is constructed of a superior quality aluminum, puts out very good heat as well. The instructions were well done, and it was easy to assemble. It took in all, about 90 minutes to put it together by myself and light it. One of the nice features about this patio heater that differentiates it from others is that it includes metal bracket feet that will help it from tipping over in winding conditions. Another great feature is that it came with all the tools you need to assemble it and a nice cover to help keep it clean when not in use.

I needed a heater for my back patio to enjoy the evenings out when I got cold. I ordered this one in particular because of its sleekness and I thought it would provide a great amount of heat over my patio area. When the heater arrived, I assembled it in my home. It was very easy to assemble. I like the design of the heater and that a cover was included. Once completed I had no idea it was going to be as tall as it was. I was a little nervous and didn’t think I could transport it outside without dissembling it but I was able to and it appeared to be about 7-8ft (I did not look at the dimensions before buying it). It can fit on my deck (see picture) and also looks nice on my lower patio because there’s more space; however, we can’t really feel the heat unless we are standing next to it. Turning up the propane emits more heat but my wife still needs to be next to the heater to actually feel the heat. She gets very cold. I think because it is so tall the heat is at the top of the heater as opposed to the bottom which is where you are sitting. I also think that maybe having one heater isn’t enough for the amount of heat we both want to feel on those chilly nights.

There are parts in the kit that are not mentioned in the booklet. The YouTube is helpful but it’s not clear how to install the tank strap. The main door to access controls is not well attached and is cumbersome. We ordered the bronze model but it’s clearly brown.
