Cam was clearly shorter then the stock one (I’m guessing a defect) but when trying to resolve the problem after dealing with them for about a month was refunded $200 for just the cam. Would think twice before ordering from them again

Popped this into a Hemi that ate a cam journal (seized lifter). The truck has been running great for about 3 months since the repair. I would say this cam was a success. No misfires or engine codes.

Everything fit well. 6000 miles later, lost a love on no. 1. Pulled cam out, several lobes were on the verge of failure as well. If you buy for the rest of the parts it will be ok,but don’t put this cam in anything.

2 years and about 40,000km and everything is still running great. Not sure why everyone has so many issues. There is 4 different types of cams and such for these engines. Make sure you get the PROPER SET. The newer hemi has a different head then the 2003 to 2008ish ones. If your push rods are too short you will have issues. If you don’t have the proper lifter trays for the proper mds and non mds lifters you’ll have issues. VVT and NON VVT blocks have different cams. Do your homework before you just go ahead and order. There’s serial numbers to match up with. Don’t rely on Amazon to tell you what fits your vehicle or not.

Bought this kit mainly to replace the lifters on a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7l, didn’t end up using the cam as my lobes were good, but the kit did the job. I bought Fel pro head bolts though.

Haven’t had them in my truck for 3k miles yet and already failed. Lifter roller started coming out and grinded down the cam

WE BOUGHT ONE OF THESE KITS, LIFTER FAILED AND TOOK A LOBE OFF OF THE CAM AFTER 6000 KM. ALL OF THE LOBES ON THE CAM ARE SHOWING HARD SURFACE BREAKDOWN.

Installed this cam and lifters kit about 5000 miles ago on my 16’ ram. Install went great and everything is still working without issue. Only thing different that I did is buy better gaskets.

This kit is good for when you’re on a budget. Parts were decent quality but i had some missing seals and also some extra seals. I just went to the parts store and bought the missing seals so I’m not sure how the customer service is but overall I’d buy this kit again if I needed one fast and was on a budget.

Garbage , garbage , and more garbage . Incomplete milling on cam , lifters sloppily packaged and shipped almost dry. Head gaskets that are not properly stamped to allow the pushrod passage. This ” KIT ” will cost you more time and money fixing their mistakes and low quality than ordering all parts needed from the dealer. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU PURCHASE THIS AND INSTALL IT YOU WILL ONLY HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME.
