Liz –
I’m an older community band participant. I bought this piccolo in 2006 and have loved it ever since! I used to play the school gemeinhardt piccolo when I was in high school and I was very impressed with the sound, solid construction, ease of play, etc.
I just love the sound of a wooden piccolo in general. Darker, richer, easier on the ears. I’m sold!
