I broke my previous pair and was using really old ones. I bought a pair a few years back that are 16 x 50 and couldn’t keep them steady enough (do your research) . These are great, 12 x 50 is perfect! I like that I can focus in on birds on a power line a distance away and very easily focus on my small dog lying in the corner of the yard with very little effort. We live on a Resaca on 3 acres and these have been great for watching birds, alligators, and other critters in our yard. Works great when using in full sun and just as well when it’s cloudy or dusk. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is you have to be an octopus in order to use the phone adapter, maybe I will get better at it eventually.

These binoculars are amazing. We had another pair, but it does not compare to this product! I have not worked on all of the things that it can do yet!

Binoculars themselves are of a substantial weight, might actually be too heavy for some if you are looking for a lightweight pair. But for me the casual nature watcher they are fine. Nice clear image, the only negative is the phone holder design.
With the phone holder secured onto one eye piece and my Samsung S10 phone secured the only thing I see is glare. No matter which direction I point the binoculars, even away from the sun it’s as though direct sunlight is shining in. This makes the phone capture element of this product pretty much pointless.
