Just plugged it in and transferred approx 200 CD’s (music) to my computer playlist. So easy and efficient! Plus the price was so much better than at the “retailer”!

Nice looking unit. Plugged it in, stuck in a DVD, and the media was ready to play. Stuck in a writable DVD..nothing.
Tried a writable CD..nothing. Tried a DVD+RW..windows saw it…but when I tried to burn something…message said needed writable media. Tried again with a CD_RW..nothing. AFter about 10 discs I gave up and decided to return it.
The unit would have been excellent if it would have actually been able to write.
I have returned it.

I’m tired of absolute JUNK being sold here. This will not play any disks. Even BRAND NEW … on Mac or PC. It just sits there initializing and then won’t eject the disks. I tried disks from every region, new and old DVDs and it will not work.

Great price but has problems with various disks…and I’m talking factory purchased dvd’s not burned discs. It’s very finicky. It plays some and then others it just doesn’t like. And you can’t touch it AT ALL when in use or it goes Haiway goes Haywire!

works great for my PC. one thing to consider is the short cord. great for a laptop. If you are adding to a PC or Mac make sure it will reach your Usb ports easily. cord is close to 10 inches long

UPDATE: Found the problem was a bad usb cable. Item plays fine now and very well.
