Happy Healthy Hippie Organic Maca Root Capsules

I chose the organic Maca root supplement because I was seeking a natural remedy to help balance my hormones and alleviate challenging mental and emotional PMS symptoms. After reading great reviews of the Go With The Flow blend from Happy Healthy Hippie, but still feeling unsure whether I was ready for all of the ingredients, I chose to try the Maca in combination with some other supplements, as Maca is one of the main ingredients in the Go With the Flow blend, and I had read some helpful articles saying that Maca could help with female hormonal balance. I have also struggled a lot with depression and anxiety, and I hoped to find a safe daily regimen of vitamins and supplements that could support my overall mental health. I feel really happy with the results so far! I honestly do not know how much of this success to attribute to the Maca, as I am taking it only in 1/2 the recommended dose, and began several other supplements at the same time (in fractions of their recommended doses). This was primarily to save money and to see how my body would do. I am happy to report that mental and emotional challenges have felt greatly reduced during my premenstrual phases as well as in general! I feel more energy, and I feel my overall mental health improving. For reference, I am also supplementing daily with a multivitamin (Country Life Core Women’s Daily), & in the beginning I also added 1/2 dose of B-complex supplement during my premenstrual phase (Igennus brand), due to being vegetarian and feeling pretty sure that I was low on B vitamins (and reading in particular how B6 can help with mental and emotional PMS symptoms, and B12 is so important for mental health). I’ve also been taking algae oil daily (Iwi, then Freshfield, vegan sustainable sources of the same Omega 3’s found in fish oil), Turmeric (Organic India, 1/4 – 1/2 recommended dose, after learning that Turmeric can also help with depression), and now Vitamin D (started with 10,000 IU/day for 1 month to address a deficiency, then settled in at 2,500 IU/day). In the beginning, I was also supplementing with a daily protein shake made with organic sprouted brown rice protein (Unpretentious Baker brand), organic pea protein (Namanna brand), and Amazing Grass greens powder supplement (chocolate flavor is really yummy with banana blended in!). I have never spent this much money on vitamins and supplements before, but the health returns I am experiencing are worth it to me! I tried to research each supplement in terms of sustainability, relevance and value, and tried to buy in bulk to keep costs down. Thank you and I hope this helps someone out there! 💖

I love these!!! Ive been taking them for about 3 weeks now and i have noticed a huge difference!! My sex drive is way up, I have energy I didn’t even know I could have and I’m in a better mood all around and for the price I’m definitely buying them again! And they are pretty easy to swallow (that’s what she said 😅)

I WANTED to write a review about “Go with the flow” but for some reason….Amazon says it can’t find that product…that it doesn’t exist. So im going to review each H.H.H. item I got here. I ordered this product, as well as the collagen builder and go with the flow. I am not sure if collagen builder is doing anything ONLY because I also drink Amazing grass brand…collagen and biotin are in what I order. But I got this, so if I don’t have a shake that day, I can still get the collagen etc. So im going to say its great. Also this Maca, I must say I absolutely feel a difference when I take it. I feel sharper!? More NATURAL BALANCED energy….NOT like drinking some sugary energy drink and going way up, and then crashing…this is like hard to describe…its just as if I have more spring in my step, and can flow through my day without reaching for a cup of coffee at 4pm. (I own and work a farm, so I am WORKING like physically working everyday) sometimes I feel tired….but not on days I take the maca. Now! For the STAR OF THE SHOW!!!!->>>>>> GO WITH THE FLOW!!! OH my gosh! Ok, so I look and feel like I am 27 years old. The actual age on my body is 39 years old. I have never had children, but would like to have one eventually. I noticed my cycle was 37 days long. Thats a long time (for me, because it used to be 27-28 days) I attributed this to being so much more on my masculine side and my hormones getting out of balance. Ok, so the first cycle….go with the flow didn’t do anything- and I started to feel bummed…but I know better….you need to give the body at least 3 months to adjust. With on my 2nd cycle of taking this- HOLY MOLY!!!! My cycle is 27 days!!! And it hasn’t been that way for YEARS!!!Go with the flow ABSOLUTELY regulated and balanced my hormones!!! I am so excited!!!
