Best skillet i have ever used.
One of the easiest to clean. Heats up real evenly all over. Very nonstick so far. I dont use many oils to cook with. And havent used any but one time with this, simply due to what was needed in recipe. Or some butter to help brown a few breakfast items.
Still learning how to cook more in this.
Would def recommend buying this and theor other pieces if able.
They arent cheap, but high quality never is.

No, this is not a non-stick pan. It’s a hybrid. You need oil or butter or your food will stick. So strange to see professional chefs think they can cook in ANY pan without oil or butter. BUT, it is ALMOST non-stick (moreso than stainless but not as much as 100% teflon). What this pan is, is teflon and steel. Under the diamond-shaped steel is a layer of teflon that shows through and greatly aids in the “stickiness.” I bought this because I’ve been using their wok for almost a year and have found it to be excellent. Clean-up is a snap, heat distribution is a snap, and even though I’ve used metal utensils in it, no scratches. A teflon pan will last me about a year and then it’s junk. This brand is definitely better than that.

Every vendor has that video of sliding fried eggs off of the pan easily, but I’ve never seen a pan where that really happens – at least not without using an extreme amount of oil.
But these Hex-Clad pans are so non-stick, you actually have to get used to it. When you first start using them you might accidentally push some food out of the pan when sliding it around.
Once you are used to it, it’s awesome, and the cleanup is ridiculously easy.
The coating also seems more durable than All-Clad’s nonstick. They say it’s fine to use metal tools as well.
So, I’ve used All-Clad all my life, but as my pans retire, I’ll be replacing them with Hex-Clad. It’s great stuff!

Amazing pan! Recommended to 7 family members, it is sooo easy to clean and it is light weight and sturdy. I will keep it forever. Worth the investment!

It was a difficult decision to spend so much on a single pan, but I got tired of poor quality pans.
This pan is the only frying pan I use now! It heats evenly on my electric stove and cleans up easily.
As it is an investment, I hand wash it without a scrubber. I’ve had no problems with the non-stick.

I love the no stick easy to clean . Not great in frying crispy on electric but it is good if I go up high w the heat it drys out my chicken. But it has very good consistency and my food comes out great. Scratch resistant durable great handle have to put it the oven have not done that .

I have purchased many expensive pans, but this one is unique, and, by far the best. Its both capable of searing like stainless and its also non stick. I would say its less non stick than traditional pans, but this is because of its ability to seer. This is the ultimate skillet – char meat and cleanup is seconds. Have been using it for a week. It also works better on induction than any other pan i’ve used to date.

This skillet is amazing. For years I used a “non-stick “ pan than required 15-20 minutes of scrubbing to clean. No more. This pan cooks on a lower heat and cleans up in less than 5 minutes. I’m going to buy one of a smaller size for small meals

Worth the money! We started off with the 8 inch frying pan with lid. We wanted to test this product line out and see if we liked it before we invested in the whole set. (They r very expensive). The pan is everything the website says . Cooks everything evenly. Cleans up super easy. Has not warped. Has not scratched. It’s a pan that should last us a lifetime. I got tired of buying pans every five years that warped or the surface got scratched or food started sticking to. It was so frustrating but now we feel Hexclad pans are the solution.

I have owned a lot of pans over the years and most likely have Forever Chemicals in the bodies of my family members. I own Stainless and they are a pain to clean. These pans are the Goldilocks in the story, being the best of both worlds. Yes, they are more expensive but think of all of the pans NOT being thrown out. I am very happy with how they cook fish and well, everything.

I live alone so often am cooking just one chop or chicken breast for myself. The nonstick pans I have been using often don’t last even when I never use any sharp tools when cooking . The surface just wears out over time. Decided to pull the plug and invest in a high quality pan. This one works great and I think it will outlast the test of time. I highly recommend it.
