For the price it’s what I would expect. If you don’t mind super firm seats. The arms are of the couch are stiff, no cushion to them at all. Also I thought it would come with the throw pillows as advertised & it DOESN’T!
I also think you’re sitting a little lower than normal couches. The depth of the seat is also on the smaller side & the back of the couch doesn’t go up very high.
Thankfully its for the kids room/game room & they are happy with it! Definitely need to scotchguard the couch & buy some nice accent pillows so it doesn’t look as stiff as it feels.
It came in 3 boxes & it had to be put together, however that was fairly easy to do in my opinion.

I gave it a couple weeks before writing a review so I could give an honest accounting so here we go!
Arrival & Assembly:
When this couch came it took all of about an hour for one person to assemble, instructions were clear and concise. If you are like me and like to reinforce potential weak points in the build, you will be happy to know that there are only two points easily made better which are 1. The connection joining the two couch sections (upgraded to a thicker bolt) and 2. The legs (well made plastic but plastic nonetheless) which are easily traded out for any number of replacements to better suit personal aesthetics/height concerns. Just make sure you get a total of 16 legs (8 for the couch itself and eight for the ottomans)
Materials:
My wife and I both have occasional sensory issues surrounding touch. If you likewise suffer from this then you will understand and if you don’t its quite hard to adequately explain. BUT! Despite some trepidation, we were pleased to find that the material of the NON-velvet version, which we got in the navy blue color, is actually quite pleasing to the touch, able to feel both soft but also durable and easy to clean
The cushions themselves feel soft but very supportive. I’ve seen people describe them as firm or even hard but that’s NOT a fair description. These cushions are built such that, as time goes on, I don’t anticipate the kind of ugly flattening you often see with “soft” cushions. The ONLY (and I do mean only) critique is with the backrest cushions which, while completely adequate, can feel a bit thin. The beauty is that, because the covers are removable, I spent about 40 bucks at walmart getting a memory foam mattress topper and, after some trimming/cutting out, I was able to slide in the additional material and the finished product is what you see in my main picture. This, of course, is a matter of personal preference and is definetly not manditory like with other couches!
Height, measurements, stability
This couch sits as high as any typical couch that doesnt have high, or ornate legs. Of course this is easily adjusted as previously mentioned. The measurements are true to description and find the sweet spot between being compact enough to fit almost anywhere and being BIG enough to seat almost anyONE comfortably. This is especially apparent when you move both ottomans (which have a really ingenious method of locking into place) to one side. When we do this both my wife and I can lay one behind the other without having to move the backrest cushions which is really nice for movies!
Summary/TL:DR
This couch is an incredible buy and the manufacturer knocked it out of the park! Built to last and easily reinforced/upgraded if one chooses, comfortable and well proportioned, this couch definitely punches well above its weight price-wise. You won’t be disappointed!

This couch is honestly perfect for small spaces like my apartment, it’s comfortable and was easy to put together it’s really just the perfect baseline for you to style and do whatever you want with like in my picture just go to Walmart pick a color you want to add as an accent and get some throw blankets and throw pillows and you have a whole vibe it really doesn’t take much! I was super skeptical of this couch at first too because of the price and the bad reviews but I’m honestly glad I took the risk and ordered because I really do love this couch and couldn’t be happier with my decision!

I researched what couch to use for our small basement renovation for a long time and this one is an excellent choice. The navy is a beautiful shade and the velvet is very soft. Like many have mentioned, the cushions are firm, but I imagine they’ll “break in” as we use them. One thing to note, when assembling and placing the back pieces into the seat pieces, you will hear a loud “click” when they lock into place. They can get off track and feel secure enough, but aren’t an actually in the right place. After fixing that problem, the couch truly is amazing and feels very sturdy and comfortable.

I may add some stuffing to the back pillows, they are fine and comfortable, I just like the look of big pillows.
Came in three boxes. All cushions were vacuumed sealed. I let them sit out two days and they fluffed up great.
It’s a comfortable, somewhat firm. I love that I can mix up the cushions and ottomans to make different designs.
It took us about an hour to put together. Light and easy move. It’s tricky how to slide the arms on, And there is only two screws to put base together . the arms and back slide on. I will be sitting on mostly, and company that visits. My husband has a recliner he never leaves. It might not be comfortable or good for a big man to sit on it alot. I realize it’s a sofa that won’t last forever, but I like that, it’s cheap enough when that time comes, get another, in different color if my decorative color scheme changes.
Well work the $455 on sale. All parts and hardware was included

The sofa came in several boxes. The cushions came vacuumed sealed underneath each piece.
The tricky part for me was sliding each part together, until I discovered that you have to join them together a certain way on the ends. I wasn’t sure about the comfort at first, since I was used to a big, oversized couch before, and this sits a little lower but as the cushions expanded and I got more use to it, I’ve found that It’s a great couch for the money.
