When I received the package containing the 2-pan set, I was surprised at how heavy they were. Once out of the package, I could see that they were very sturdy, well-built and of high quality. No flimsy aluminum here…these are made of coated steel. I tested them inn my toaster oven with chicken thighs and a steak. They performed perfectly and were a breeze to clean. They are definitely worth the price.

what I really like about these is the thickness. They don’t really fit in the dishwasher so I have to handwash, but because they are sturdy they are much easier to clean than my old Ikea ones I just replaced them with. Great value for the price.

A Guy Who Buys (and Occasionally Reviews) Stuff –
I saw 9.7 and assumed these would fit easily in my very small toaster oven – WRONG! 9.7 turns out to be very close to 10 inches, which is too big for some toaster ovens. Consider yourself warned.
EDITED TO ADD: I submitted the above alone as a very negative review because I was peeved they don’t fit in the Mainstays toaster oven I use at home. Well, I have a slightly larger Oster oven at work and I’ve used these a couple of times and they’re just fine. Measure your toaster oven if you’re thinking of buying – if the inside of your unit is at least 10 inches, these’ll fit.

One mini sheet pan fits snug into 12″ wok style pan with about a 1″ inch steaming basket underneath. Shrimp Cheung Fun with sweet soy sauce is commonly served at dim sum and is definitely one of my favorites. Pretty easy to make at home, the mini sheet pan is a must. You can fit one pan at a time for quick steaming and prep the other while you wait 3 minutes to finish steaming. The nonstick surface makes pulling or sliding the dough out super easy with barely a touch a touch of oil. Yum!

i love how it’s flat but it has a raised lip on the edge to easily hold and remove from the oven. perfect size and the quality is excellent. easy to wash and doesn’t bend when you pick it up. has a good weight to it
