This is the 3rd pair of blue light glasses I have owned. The first ones were cheap and the blue light coating started to slowly disintegrate right away on the right eye and I continued to wear them, damaging my right eye because I continued to wear them for too long. The second pair I had worked better, but based on the comments I saw, they were not actually real blue light glasses. They did work but I would still notice eye strain with them, especially if having an all white screen like a Word document open. I would have to minimize the window with a black background and they did provide some relief, but still very noticeable eye strain, especially in my right eye because I wore the cheaper pair for a long amount of time. With the Horus glasses, as other reviewers have stated, I noticed an immediate relief I’ve never felt close to feeling with the other 2 pairs I bought. These glasses are like when the sun is starting to go down but it’s still bright enough you can see the detail in everything perfectly, not all that bright light that hurts your eyes. These glasses make your eyes feel amazing! The color clarity is ridiculous! For example, the difference of the shade of white of this comment box versus the shade of the background of the page has a stark contrast with the glasses on but is considerably less obvious with the glasses on (and it might just be the text making this box seem a different shade but it’s that noticeable). No complaints at all. I would definitely by again! My right eye is more comfortable than it has been in years after wearing these for 5 minutes looking at a screen! I’ve been missing out for years. This should make work a lot more tolerable, if not eliminating all of the stress of staring at a computer screen.

I work remote which means my day is spent staring at computer screens. This has led me to have some headaches and eye strain many days. Normally by mid day my eyes are bloodshot and dry. I had a previous pair of blue light glasses that I have had for years and it was time to replace them due to scratches and general wear. I came across these and was questionable about them as they aren’t as expensive as some of the others I know of, but I tried them out and I am honestly impressed.
The orange lens is darker than my other pair so they are definitely not passable as reading or general glasses, but they block more blue light spectrum than my other more expensive glasses. I have worn them for only a day and noticed that my eyes aren’t red and I haven’t had to use my eye drops at all today, which is unheard of.
They are very lightweight which I enjoy, and don’t feel as if they are pressing anywhere like some glasses seem to. Overall I am very pleased. They work as advertised so I’m curious to see over a few days how it affects any sleep pattern. Being that I’m also into video games I may end up ordering a second pair to have in my man cave for gaming.

The frames have a nice texture and shape. They are very comfortable and a good size, but they have more color distortion than I hoped and are also much darker than I thought they’d be. I keep having to turn up the brightness on my screens and/or turn off the comfort shield to see them well, although they seem to help me see irl in low light. It’s a strange contradiction. Wishing I had gotten the clear ones. Might see if I can exchange them or maybe just get both. I think these might be good driving glasses.
These have much less glare than my last glasses (just some I picked up at Walmart), but are hard to keep clean for some reason. I’m really glad they came with a cloth because whenever I use anything else to wipe them with, it leaves streaks :/ They were also covered in fingerprints when they arrived, which seems weird, but not a big deal to me.
There is a logo in the middle of the right lens that you can only see from certain angles or when it fogs up. It’s a bit annoying sometimes. Wish it wasn’t right in the middle of my better eye :/
They seem pretty durable and scratch resistant so far. My cat knocked them off the shelf right onto my keys, but they seem to have survived with only one small, barely noticeable scratch.

Los lentes Horus X en color amber son un producto de muy buena calidad. Tienen un buen diseño y se sienten cómodos de usar. El tono amber no es molesto, sino que ayuda a descansar mejor la vista. Estos lentes bloquean un alto porcentaje de luz azul, lo que puede ayudar a prevenir problemas de visión a largo plazo.
Cuando los empiezas a usar, notas una diferencia inmediata. La vista se siente más descansada y los ojos se cansan menos. También notas que es más fácil enfocarse en las pantallas.
El producto llegó en buenas condiciones y el empaque estaba bien protegido.
Recomiendo estos lentes a las personas que pasan muchas horas frente al celular, la computadora o la televisión. Es una inversión en la salud que vale la pena. El precio es razonable, considerando la calidad del producto.

These are my new “go to” glasses for gaming, on the phone and everyday use. Besides the fact that they have UV protection, they also have amazing specs for their blue light filtration. I figure I’m going to stay on the safe side and try to protect/preserve my vision as long as I can. Let’s address the unicorn in the room as well… They look great on!! Hope this helps!

I have been using the Horus X one for years. Somehow I gouged one of the lenses. They are easily ruined so write that down.
I can’t game all day without blue block and amber. Headaches and eyestrain. Duh.
Enter the Horus X Square. Waaaaaay better fit and feel. Soft touch paint on the black parts. Real metal on the sides by your ears. I actually said holy F. These are ONLY 16 bucks more. Really? Should be a lot more. Glad they are not. I am not rich. Value matters to me.
It’s a proper amount of amber and stops the eye burn. For 50 bucks. Yeah I will be buying these again. I am ready to get my next set now. Don’t want any other glasses. Huge gamer here. And I am old so my eyes hurt easier. These rock. They work. I highly recommend you buy the squares right now. You will never regret it. Orange distorts color? Yeah. For about 30 seconds. Because you have a state of the art brain and it adjusts and the colors are fine inside of 60 seconds. Done and done.
