J’ai eu une petite mésaventure après une chute du drone. Heureusement, le service après-vente (SAV) a été extrêmement réactif, même le week-end. L’accident a eu lieu un vendredi soir, et après quelques échanges de mails avec une équipe très professionnelle, un nouveau drone m’a été envoyé dès le lundi. La rapidité et le professionnalisme du SAV ont été excellents, ce qui m’a permis de reprendre mes activités sans attendre.
Je recommande vivement ce produit et son service après-vente pour leur efficacité et leur sérieux.
