They don’t take much wire to make a connection, and if I don’t like the way it’s connected, easy to change.
The connection is secure and feels tight. I definitely feel comfortable using these for extended periods of time.

I have installed many car accessories such as CB radios, car audio equipment, and accessory outlets. These make connecting wires incredibly simple and they hold very well!!!. I have used all kinds of connectors, especially crimp connectors, and these are so much faster and simpler to install. There’s just one drawback.
If you have to tuck the wires into a tight space to hide them, these probably won’t work. I had to revert back to solder and heat shrink for the connections I had to push into tight spaces to hide. But for connections under the hood or dash, these ideal. And this kit is a nice value, especially if you factor time saved by using them. I have used about 20 with wire ranging from 22 gauge to 12 gauge with perfect connections and no problems ever. Highly recommended, especially for those with little experience connecting wires and/or little spare time. I would give them a 5 out of 5 if they were a bit smaller.
E-Man –
For low voltage uses they have been fine from what I can tell. They are less costly and easier to work with than Anderson powerpoles. I haven’t used other brands of lever connectors, but I know these are way better than the semi permanant push connectors without a release lever for stranded wires. Would I buy again yes, for small around the house repairs, possibly appliance repair or for hobby connections. As the sell doesn’t indicate if they are UL listed, I don’t know if I would use them for high voltage (110-120VAC) work. for small eletric loads where heat wouldn’t ever be a factor I would condiser using them for 110-120VAC connections. I think they would take up more more space than a wirenut in an electric box as they connect at oposite ends. If you use these with 110-120VAC make sure the connector is in an enclosure. If the wire(s) pulled out of the connector it could cause a fire or possibly harm a child or pet.
Generally I can’t say I had any problems, just be sure to lift the lever all the to 90 degrees before trying to insert the wire. I have only used these with stranded wire to this point, so I can’t say how they work with a solid wire.

I was scrolling looking for but connectors and came across these. I never heard of them before so I ordered to try them out for myself. These clips make connecting 2 wires together easy as pie. Simply lift the lever, insert the wire and clip lever back down. Do the same on the other side for the other wire and done. With in seconds you have a joined 2 wires with no other tool needed.
