KC’s dad –
I was a little disappointed that it won’t reset the code

Doesn’t read codes well. Have a 92 sho. Won’t just pull codes. Have to run koeo and then koer tests first. Most time it will tell me to do the engine off test to get a 111 code which I had received already. Not worth cost

The code reader works very well and the app is really useful, I’d highly recommend.

Below is how this tool was listed. Unfortunately it CANNOT read or reset SRS light. That’s why I bought it, in addition to their other claims, which it ALSO does not do!
This is the 4th time I have used it where it says, “this unit cannot do that function”. So I can’t get it to reset codes or look any further into it. Had I known that, I would have purchased a different scanner. It does not do half what it says. It turns on great, but after that, forget it. If I could I would get something that actually works and does as it claims it can do.
Save your money, and spend it on one that works
Below is their claim of which it can not do half the functions listed. What waste of my time, and my money

Bought with the hope to have an easy pull on vehicle doc’s with no avail.

I had to look hard to find this one as it’s not easy to locate. The service writer at the GM dealer texted me a picture of his as it’s what he bought to work on his personal vehicles. Works as expected and does ABS and Airbag, etc. as well. Easy to use and understand.

It’s very informational and easy to use, a little pricey but worth it…I really don’t see a need for the next one up because this one does just about every thing the 300$ one does

This works perfectly. I mainly got it as i just recently purchased a 1995 Chevy Camaro. Those year camaros have a ODB1 computer, but a OBD2 connection port. So i bought this as it says it reads OBD1, and had a OBD2 port. Turns out after getting into contact with customer support it does not cover my year specific Camaro, nor any year 1995 chevy. Still works flawlessly as i used it on my 2005 GMC Canyon, and found out i had more codes then what my previous $11 hyper tough code reader told me i had. So all in all i would recommend this if you need a upgrade like i did, but beware it doesn’t read OBD1.5. I attached a picture of what year OBD1 Chevys the reader can read, as well as a picture of the app for the codes to my canyon. You can test batteries, alternators, you can save data from your reading, it suggests what parts/sensors have a chance of failing, it gives you prices for those parts and recommends fixes for the codes that its pulling.
(Yes my Canyon has 30 codes, almost all are for the transmission ass it had a auto but i swapped to manual)
