I’ve been using the iPhone 12 Pro Max for a while now, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR display is stunning—bright, vibrant, and perfect for streaming videos or browsing photos.
Performance: The A14 Bionic chip delivers incredible speed. Whether it’s gaming, multitasking, or editing videos, the phone handles it all smoothly. Apps launch quickly, and there’s no lag, even with heavy use.
Camera: The camera system is a standout feature. The triple-lens setup takes amazing photos in all conditions, and Night Mode produces clear and vibrant shots in low light. The video quality is equally impressive, with 4K Dolby Vision HDR recording making everything look professional.
Battery Life: The battery life is solid, lasting me a full day with regular use. Even with video streaming, gaming, and social media, I rarely need to reach for a charger before bedtime. The fast charging and MagSafe options are super convenient.
What Could Be Better: The phone is quite large and a bit heavy, which might take some getting used to, especially if you’re upgrading from a smaller device. However, the bigger screen and better battery life make it a worthwhile trade-off.

I have waited over a week to receive this item and I am extremely disappointed. I have purchase this directly from Apple. Issues: – the charger set is not the stardard Apple set. I would suggest not using it at all. The actual charging wire is extremely short and the box is extremely flimsy and I can guarantee you it will get hot. I’m using my standard Apple charger that comes with phones and products nowadays to charge this phone because I absolutely do not trust the charger set that it comes with. – the battery life is CRAP! My battery capacity is at 85%. I am upgrading from an iPhone XS Max which is currently sitting at 80% so it is not worth the upgrade. I charged the phone for an hour and it just keeps dying. Yes I am setting it up but it dies like my xs max. Pass – delivery: I waited around all day. And instead of delivering this pretty early, this phone sat in the truck all day in the cold. So I don’t know if it will have any effect on performance, but I’m not happy about it. – immediately after initially posting this review, I turned the phone over and looked at the camera, and I was horrified. There was so much gunk around the lenses of the camera. I was absolutely disgusted. So not only do you know for a fact that this is a pre-used phone, but furthermore Amazon did not clean the phone at all. I now purchased the same device from Apple and the battery capacity is at 100%. I paid $208 more but I think the quality the experience the delivery the phone itself is so much better and made it worth it.
Pros: The phone works if you are in a pinch and you don’t want to buy directly from Apple I guess this will do. But honestly as someone who has a lot of experience with buying refurbished goods, especially when it comes to Apple, this is the worst product I have. And the price keeps fluctuating. I paid $495 and the seller was amazon.com and the shipping was Amazon as well so I bought direct.
I am using the phone now to type out this review and the microphone works but overall I really would not suggest buying this product from Amazon. It will not come with the product box nor will it come with the standard Apple charger. Also, please bear in mind that they are not going to issue a refund for 30 days. This was a complete waste of time money and energy waiting for this phone when I could’ve just bought it from Apple. Learning lesson. Hope this helps someone.

As I live in a small community; ended up travelling to a City to get help. Over a couple days, the phone server & Jump+Apple Premium Retailer spent several hours trying to get the refurbished iPhone to function. In summary, the phone was non-functional! With all the years of purchasing from Amazon, this is the very first time returning an item. Many thanks from Amazon for refunding the cost of the refurbished phone. I will never buy another refurbished phone.

So I am finally making a review for it. It works well it came unlocked with a 90% battery life. It does what I need it to do, the pictures come out great and I really do enjoy it. But with in a year of having it the battery went from 90% to 75% and I am going to have to replace the battery which is fine it’s cheaper than buying a new phone.
