I got this product as a field emergency back up for sutures. Then my one year-old fell on glass and had a severe laceration to his back. We went to the ER and they applied adhesive to the wound which failed within two days. I reapplied adhesive and put this bandage on him, Since then he has been in the hot tub the rain the ocean and just about everything else you can imagine a one year-old playing in. It was absolutely painless, so for a child this is amazing. And a week later it is perfectly adhered and his wound is mostly healed already. At $10 a pop they’re not cheap, but this fully replaces a $2000 ER visit mixed with a little bit of adhesive.

Product looks very cheap. Thought it would be 10 closure straps. It was 10 items to include alcohol wipes. Not worth the price

I haven’t used this product. Got it for home first aid kit for emergencies only. Appears to be a pretty nifty product.

Everything in the IS Exactly like the product photos. The brand name is purposely misleading – With exception of the (1)Large 10x10cm dressing pad, _EVERYTHING_ else in this kit is made in China.
Quality is ?? – probably serviceable. Adhesive quality of the closure strips – untested.
Better than nothing, perhaps, but not worth the money.
Consider that a clean set of sterile wound dressings and an actual suture thread + needle is more reliable and more versatile. I won’t send this product back… but I won’t recommend it for the price.
