I saved up and was so excited when my bike came today! Sadly, the frame came with some large scratches and gouges, but I could live with that if the assembly was even possible. Assembly was impossible because the fork was manufactured bent so the disc brake does not align with the calipers and the pads and the brake are dragging on the disc and not allowing the front wheel to turn freely. The ends of the fork are literally bent out and impossible to bend straight. This bike is sold by the manufacturer. You go to Get Support from Amazon and it gives a customer service number for Jasion. Called and the overseas barely understandable person who answered said they do not help because I bought it on Amazon. Bought it from Jasion per Amazon (sold by the manufacturer). Strange that this bike is not on their website. It should be noted also that the reviews for the bike I bought (CB1) are for a different bike. I could not locate any Youtube videos or help because of course even it came perfect, the instructions are lacking. I did email, I guess my only option is to wait for an email? Total pain to have to likely have to return this bike. Update: offered small compensation to buy spraypaint for the gouges and will get send a new fork. Hopefully the replacement isn’t manufactured the same with the defect where the wheel goes.

This is a decent bike for simple riding, if you are going to ride on smooth surfaces for simple riding, this bike is ok.
The EB X is a good bike, got up to 21.2 MPH, book says 22MPH, came in a large well packed box. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to put it together. Go to there video, it will help a lot” The booklet is worthless to set up the LCD. Just go with the MFG. If it seems a little slow, Hit up and down keys for a few seconds,go to P16, hold down the down key for about 10 seconds, it will blink once, it now re sets to factory settings. Go online and hook up with the P settings, the book doesn’t help here. If you hold the up and down keys for a few sec. That brings you to the P settings, don’t change anything until you know what your doing. I put a magnet to the frame, just about everywhere, the magnet always stuck to the bike, aluminum; will not have a magnet stick to it, so the frame must be of a steel and aluminum material?
