Eddie Opat –
Bought two of these to be able to swap tubes/tires on my skid steers. I keep a container of used motor oil and put some on the spoons, and these help me get tires on and off real quick, while still mounted on the machine. the design lets you slip right under the bead, and with that lubrication allows the bead to slip back on during remount.
Gene Kling –
Tempered and does not bend. good length and curves are right.

I bought this to help take tractor and trailer tires off hubs. The bar was bent to one side, but it happened to be bent the way I use it so it’s not a big deal. Its sturdy enough and has the length needed for a decent amount of leverage.
John Leamons –
I have used this brand of tire bars for year. They make a great product.

Not cheap to buy but neither is the tool good product but you have to pay the price to get one
zozapan –
This bar seemโs to be of good quality and workโs fine, even for working on 20.8 x 38 tractor tires.

Exelente herramienta para desmontar llantas muevetierra

The best heavy duty tire bar you can get. Donโt fall for the knock offs. Get the Ken tool
Daniel Brooks –
I bought this and a 33220 spoon. They work great together and I managed my 1st pair of tires (7.50×15) without trouble in about 15 minutes total. I did go ahead and order one of their bead holders (31713) as slipping was my only minor issue.
Illinois Dad –
I no longer take my classic cars to tire shops as the mechanics there don’t know how to work on them. I was disappointed with a Harbor Freight tire changing kit and vowed to never use it again because it scratched my rims.
Enter the classic tire iron. Get the longest one you can and watch a few videos. It made short work of popping the old tire off and getting the new one. The tire and tube change took about 15 minutes and I’m sure I could do it faster now that I have a little practice.

The iron is great! Shipping was terrible!
Everything regarding the tool can be described simply as the right tool for the job. The length makes changing a cars and truck tires a breeze. As for myself, I chose the (34745) – Itโs the shorter of the two versions in this model at (37 inches). I donโt have a need for anything longer. Some people claim you need two irons for dismount but I really donโt see why. Simply place a tire bead clamp, holder or long screwdriver on the initial starting point to prevent the bead from walking back and proceed with 12 inch progression as you pry and the tire will come off in a snap. Often with as few as 4 strokes. Taking off the back bead isnโt much of a chore either when you insert the bar on the backside and begin to pry; use a 4lbs mallet or like me use bead holder and step it off like you did the front side before. Be sure to use a solution of 50/50 dish soap water. This will make your efforts a positive experience. Carry some like you would with the other fluids, (oil, radiator coolant) in the trunk or wherever you keep it. About a liter / quart should do.
I mentioned earlier about the packaging. Yes, itโs explicable how anyone could put a 4.5 lb long iron loosely in a rectangular box and secure with only packing-tape. Itโs a break out of the box method. Please be sure to add delivery instructions l to your order! Be sure to tell them to (pack it in a secure manner so the tool will not leave the box before it arrives) or youโll end up with a empty box delivered as it happened to me. (Wedge folding both ends will work much better) otherwise you will be waiting 10 days like me for the replacement.
(Trust this advice)

Bought 2 Irons, and the spoon. Changed My truck tires. Hard parts breaking the bead.

These are simply the best tool you can buy for mounting and demounting any size of tire. If you are unfamiliar with tire repair, please note that you will need two of these. One iron by itself is more or less useless. Two works fairly well, but I would recommend adding a Ken-Tool tire spoon to make life even less complicated. Yes, they are expensive for just an iron bar, but they are totally worth it. Weโve used them for everything from little 14โ car wheels, to 42โ agricultural tires. Strongly recommend.
