I had an issue when I received my earbuds, as the case would not charge even with new cables, blocks, and trying different outlets. The seller reached out to offer sending a new pair so the company would have another chance of me loving their product. With their care filled note, I now believe that my set was a manufacturing error and not a reflection of the sellers product. Before the charge ran out on my set, the ear buds were a wonderful fit, comfortable, and easy to use. The sound was clear with quality. I also had to turn down the volume on my phone. These buds do reach high db levels which I am sure will cut through working in high noise jobs or just drown out any annoying environment.

The Good:
These earbuds sound amazzzzing. I could not believe the sound quality! This statement is coming from a audiophile who is used to headphones jacked into a DAC
The Bad.
1. One earbud will lose its ability to hold a charge. I have purchased 2 pairs of these earbuds and both right earbuds will not hold a charge after a month (see pic). I tried so many variations of charging with no luck.
2. These things are strangely fragile. I only use these earbuds for running. Both purchased pairs come apart after a while. At first you can just pop them back in but after a while that just doesn’t work (see pic)
3. Customer service is non existent. They send you a literal post card offering to refund you a portion of your purpose for a good review (which I really wanted to give!). But they do not respond to any emails for assistance with their product.
I really loved the sound on these little guys. Very clear and well balanced. HIFI for real. Unfortunately these buds just fell apart on me after a month after very little use. My biggest grip was the right earbud refusing to hold a charge after a while. I bought a second pair because I thought “I” had broken them some how. After my second pair I encountered the same issue again, including the earbud detaching apart. This is sad. I really loved the price, the waterproof ability and the super clear sound.
But I cannot in good faith recommend these anymore. I’m even going so far as to leave a review. Something I never bother doing!

Love how easy it is to keep charged with the storage case. Fits ear great, probably the most stable ear piece I have ever used.
Not sure of battery life because I have just used them in the pool for the first time. But since the storage box charges them repeatedly it will be so much better and easier than any pair have had! Plus charges with the same cable as my phone.
Sound quality was great, paired easily with my phone. Super happy about this purchase as all the “waterproof” earbuds I have purchased before were not. Having something that is submersible is great!! Thanks for such an excellent product!!!
Oh, and shipping was super fast without prime and seller was very quick and helpful with communication!

I like the ability to listen to books when floating in the pool which was my main reason for buying. Music is just okay. My non-waterproof buds are JBL so I’m spoiled—very little bass on these K400’s, so sound is more unidimensional than I’d like. Major fail for phone calls but perfect sound when recording on Marco Polo messages so I’m confused why it works for that and not calls, unless my phone converts to its speaker when the app is engaged, not sure. My neighborhood pool is average size, not olympic, and the sound breaks up if I float to opposite side of my pool bag, where I prefer to leave the phone to protect from heat and splashes. But, you get what you pay for, right? I will replace with higher quality if I can find for swimming, and hand these off to the husband. I want the over-ear feature so wires don’t drag in the water. Hoping I find some JBL’s that specifically include swimming. I don’t want to accidentally submerge and ruin them.

I got these for my aunt, now she’s not technical savvy at all so she unpacked them and was charging all night so one ear pod work so she was telling me to send them back, so I took them and tried it out for myself 🤦🏾♀️ She left the plastic on the bottom of the ear-pod so they wasn’t getting no charge so I charged them , they came on both, connection was good and easy, nice and loud I had them two day for my self very worth the money, now my aunt happy she didn’t return them cause she love them. When Some time you gotta make sure u not the problem you could miss out on a good product cause you not sure what to do lol ask my aunt. Great job kingstar

Pros: Sounds is really good. They stay in my ears when I’m running. Price is fair.
Cons: Right earbud stopped holding a charge about 8 months after use. Not good. I’ve tried cleaning them really well and the charging box, nothing works. Other bud, no issue. Real bummer.
I do struggle wearing my sunglasses with these as well. They both press around ears, slightly uncomfortable.
I wouldn’t buy these again. This is my second pair of under $40 ear buds and I’ve run into the same issue…will not hold a charge. User issue? Maybe, maybe not. I think I’ll try spending more money on a better pair.
Uodate: user error. I’ve recently figured out that by really wiping off and wiggling the ear buds down into the charger has solved my problem…thus far. I leave them to charge overnight too. So far so good lately, no issues with the one ear bud going out on me mid run. Still have to adjust sunglasses periodically when wearing them though.
