I bought this specifically to make a Texas sheet cake. The cake turned out great. No burnt, sunk in corners. The cake baked level all way across. There was no warping, popping sound that you can hear from some sheets when you put them in a heated oven. Of course, it’s recommended you use non metal utensils. I always use a plastic knife when I cut in non-stick pans. It cleans up easily with soap and water. I would recommend this item.

This is a great little tray pan. Very sturdy but not too heavy weight. Perfect size for 2 ppl when baking French fries or fish in the oven. Great non-stick feature. Washes up well. If you want it to last a long time, I recommend drying it after you Hand wash it…. Especially drying the curled edges. That will keep the edges from getting rusted ~
