The supposed “cake pans” are not cake pans at all. To build a perfect layer cake the sides of the pans need to be straight up and down so the layers match up well. These pans have an angled side. What now? extra frosting to fill the gaps? That’s the only way the cake will look right. Either add frosting in to the grooves or cut some of the cake away. Either way it’s a mess. one reason I bought this was for the cake pans. I needed to replace the ones my wife had as i ruined them by not drying immediately after washing (which these pans also require). Now I need to go back online and purchase 2 cake pans, real cake pans. For the price I think they screwed this set up. It’s too expensive to have the wrong pans in the set. Makes the set incomplete in my book.

As soon as I saw the size of the cookie sheet, I was immediately worried it was too small. I did have to cram the package of spanikopitas closer together than I did with my previous pan, but it did not affect how they cooked at all. I did not spray the sheet with cooking spray as these are nonstick and I wanted to see if that was actually true. As you can see in the video they cooked well and they did not stick all! Happy with my purchase.
