This little amp is exactly as advertised. It is fun, charges pretty quickly and lasts longer on a charge than you’ll ever need.
I do not treat it as an amp because I usually plug it into my Martin acoustic-electric and use it as an effect. I was actually sitting with other guitar players a few evenings ago and they started to notice that _my_ guitar had reverb. 😉 Everybody wanted to try it! Also, as one comment mentioned, it is capable of producing feedback if you turn the volume up (and angle it toward the guitar body). IMO, this is not a negative at all!
It is very controllable and it’s is great fun when playing something like Neil Young where an edgy sounding acoustic really captures the feeling! I love playing an acoustic song but being able to hold a note until it edges on feedback when I want it to.
It will not make you heard over other loud music. But you will be happy using it on an acoustic or electric if you just want to sit down and practice/play. The reverb and fuzz effects are minimal but work nicely.
Update: After having this a few months, I am enjoying it even more. You an use the Bluetooth to stream a isolated drum track while you play and you’re a one man band! (or one woman band, right?!)

Great complement to an ultra-light nylon string traveler guitar. Sound is more than ok (considering size and price) and good enough to enjoy. Reverb is not tunable but just right. Lead and distortion are surprisingly effective and enjoyable to use with nylon strings. Rechargeable with USB, Bluetooth.
Fit in the guitar bag.
Retirement Ain’t Easy –
It works and sounds pretty decent. good enough to practice with. my only annoyance was the fact that if you are plugging into a jack that is off the side of the guitar (see pics), the amp will spin around in the jack and end up pointing backwards instead front where to you want it to. if you use on a strat like guitar it works great (see pic). just for giggles I plugged it into a bass and… it was ok, but really low notes would cause a a buzz. I could practice bass with it if needed. So for the price its a fun little amp, especially if you plug into an acoustic guitar at the lake or something like that. just keep it from spinning backwards.
Retirement Ain’t Easy –
This is SO useful for practicing – very compact, very easy to use, great tone, flawless bluetooth connection. Just plug it in, fire up a backing track or something else to play along with on your phone and jam on! Definitely worth it, and a very reasonable price.
One minor quibble – which is hardly a problem. I have a Strat and Les Paul. The Strat has the input jack angled on the front, the Les Paul has it on the edge. They both work fine, but on the Les Paul, if you are standing up, it tends to hit your leg. Some sort of ratchet in the folding input plug might fix this, but for $30 I really wouldn’t complain. I might put a little velcro on the front of the guitar with some sort of safe adhesive just to hold it forward, if I wanted a better setup, but other than that, it’s fantastic.

First of all, I really like this little amp for practicing alone in the house. Pros – not expensive, I paid $24 prime day, sound is perfect for just letting me play along and sing with my music, has enough volume and although I don’t use the extra features, they are there – I play clean – Cons – a bit on the large side, if you have a jack on the bottom (side of guitar or ukulele) – you can’t see the controls to change back and forth from those features. Also the unit swivels around once plugged in – I played it by placing my instrument on my leg and propping up the amp – but other than those few cons – I think it is worth the small price to not to deal with cables or larger amps just to sit and play awhile – would be ideal for traveling – recommend it

It works, just not happy paying full price for an item with visible scratches showing use, unless listed as such I expect a brand new item. Sounds ok not great.
Update: seller reached out and sent a whole new replacement, excellent service on their part.
