Despite claims of innovation of design and durability, not so much. Comfort, if a larger size had been a option, perhaps it might have been. The “roll” at the base of the shaft, it felt like it was cutting off my circulation. When rolling it down, due to it being overly “snug” it was difficult to roll down the shaft, so several of them split at the base from the part covering my shaft compromising the entire integrity. The texture, it felt “balloonish” like there was 2 layers of latex, one with a hex pattern layered over a standard condom layer, so it felt like two layers with pockets of microscopic air trapped between. So over all, felt like a overly tight fingertip protector, stretched over my penis and broke at the base. When removing it, if I attempted to do so while erect, it hurt, like someone snapped by penis with a rubber band. I found I had to wait until I lost some of my erection, before removing it. Would not recommend or use these again unless a free sample of a larger size was supplied.
The only positive I found was it was lightly lubricated both on the inner and the outer surfaces.

So, I stumbled upon these LELO HEX Condoms after trying lots of other brands’ disappointing offerings, and let me tell you, they’re pretty legit.
First off, they feel good. The design does “improve grip and reduces slippage,” Are thin enough that you can still feel what’s going on, but also sturdy enough that I’ve not broken one yet (Can’t say the same for other thin-condom brands! Yikes!). No awkward moments, if you catch my drift.
Now, the best part—the hexagonal web thingy. It really does give the strength of a thicker condom but feels like you’re wearing something much lighter – not nothing though, you still notice it and have that slight reduction in sensitivity that all condoms have, but not a fully muffled sensation like the thick “horse brand” has where you feel nothing. So you still get feeling, but if you get a bit “extra rigorous” these still hold up! So, you get the sensation without the fear of it breaking on you, unlike those other super-thin “lifestyle” brands. That’s a huge relief, believe me. (I mean, I’m sure there is a limit, but I haven’t actually found it yet, despite some pretty athletic attempts!)
The “textured inside?” is the web again, It’s interesting, it does keep the thing from slipping around too much on you, which makes for a more ‘seamless’ connection with your partner. Not a drastic texture like one of the ribbed French tickler things, pretty innocuous really, and my wife feels less of the texture than I do.
But here’s the real deal—I’ve been using these for years, and not once have they let me down. No breaking, no hassle. Just solid performance.
They’re made of natural latex, good quality stuff. Just watch out for latex allergies, you know the drill.
