So far this case has been extremely nice! I felt like maybe I was overspending on this, but I think it has been worth the little bit of extra! The case is extremely thin so you can still enjoy the feel of the ultra thin ipad air 2, but it still feels solid enough that it will keep the ipad protected well. The keyboard is spaced appropriately so that typing feels normal (a few times I have typed on other keyboards that put the keys just a little too close together). The material feels very nice. The battery seems to last for quite some time, and I love that you can just recharge it simply and quickly. I do wish that it came with a cable that you could plug it in to your ipad to charge, instead of just a usb into the wall or computer. Overall that isn’t a big issue though because the charge lasts so long on it. The magnets do a pretty good job, the magnet that holds the case closed could be a little stronger in my opinion though it is weak and doesn’t hold it all as securely as I would like. The magnet that holds the ipad in place while typing is perfect though, nice and strong and you can even walk around with it connected and basically it will stay on until you decide you don’t want it set up anymore.

Update: I ended up keeping this case as I needed it for my trip and couldnโt bring myself to take my expensive laptop where it could be damaged or stolen. I still donโt like the case, the rubbery cover sticks to everything. You still need some sort of outer case, the cover doesnโt close tightly enough to pu the iPad in a bag, but the neoprene sleeve I used before is impossible to get over the sticky rubber cover. Everything else sticks to the case also, lint, crumbs, dog hair. Looks like Iโm back to buying multiple cases trying to find one that works.
When I spilled a drink on my old Logitech iPad Air2 keyboard case I typed in the product number on the case label to make sure I was getting the exact same thing. That case worked flawlessly for two years until I wrecked the keyboard. I needed a replacement quickly for a trip where I had hoped to take only the iPad. Well, what I got is not the same thing at all. The Air2 keyboard case has been changed from the heavy duty cloth cover that looked stylish and held up great, to a cheap black plastic. Kind of sticky feeling, like the back of a mouse pad. I could deal with that but the case does not work properly either. With the iPad in place the case closes only on one side. The magnets on the other side don’t even touch, and with the iPad out of course they touch but you can feel they don’t grab. It looks like the whole thing may be warped. I can tell in my purse or backpack it’s going to open and turn on the iPad and run down the battery. I will be sending it back and not have a keyboard for my trip and have to lug along a laptop. Logitech fail. I guess every company cheapens their product over time. Will try a different brand of keyboard when I purchase again.

LOVE IT! I tried a few ipad keyboard cases and have done my research, I’m also a college student so I wasn’t looking to spend $$$ on a keyboard, I was looking for something that was a decent price and good quality.
After looking at a ton of keyboards on Amazon, I decided to try this one out because I felt like it had a good stand, case, and wouldn’t scratch my ipad.
The outside of the case is very clean and relatively dirt proof, I take it to and from school and use it all the time and so far it hasn’t gotten dirty and the material is a little rougher and not like felt so it keeps dirt off the case.
The part to hold the ipad into the case is covered in a rubber material so it won’t scratch the ipad and holds it in well. Taking the Ipad in and out of the case is also really easy too so you don’t have to worry about damaging the case or Ipad.
Now the keyboard is great, I’m 5’4 woman with small hands so I don’t have any problems with the size of the keyboard. My boyfriend is a 200lb 6’2 guy and he uses the keyboard too and i’ve never heard him complain about the size of the keyboard either so I think it’s almost a standard sized keyboard. Now the buttons are awesome, the top row of keys are like a regular macbook keyboard and I love it! There’s a home, lock, vol. up/down, individual screens, play/pause, etc buttons.
It’s also a magnetic on and shut off ipad so when you close the case (the keyboard doesn’t lie flush on the screen of the ipad when you the case is closed so it will prevent from scratching, it turns off the ipad and vice versa. When you open the case and stand it up, a magnetic strip on the case allows ipad to stand up. It’s a pretty strong magnetic so you can push on it like a regular touch screen and even pick up the ipad and the keyboard will still be stuck too it. It’s a strong enough magnet to handle all the pushing but light enough where you won’t struggle to take it off. If you leave the bluetooth on your ipad, it connects automatically and very quickly which is a plus because the other cases that i’ve tried out have really lagged on connection. It also has great battery life, I bought it about 2 months ago, and use it EVERY day and I have yet to charge it.
Overall this keyboard is definitely recommended! Comes at a great prices and very good quality, even bought one for my dad.

This is a great basic keyboard-case for the ipad air 2. No complaints… would repurchase. Seems sturdy, robust. The action on the keys are great for touch-typing. I wish the keys would light up in the dark but I guess then it would have cost more (and drain more battery!). Once the keyboard is charged, the battery for the keyboard case lasts for quite a while (unlike the ipad air 2)…. seems to last for many months once charged.
