I am 5‘7“ tall and 200 pounds, and this surf poncho was very big on me. It dwarfed me, which is excellent. I have had a difficult time finding surf ponchos that seem like they would be big enough for me.
I do not like that it only comes in black and that the sleeves are short. I felt like I looked like a Druid, and even though that is in my heritage, that is not the look I’m going for post-session, so I sent it back.
I ended up going with a different surf poncho that has longer sleeves and is much more feminine looking.
But if you want black fabric and short sleeves, this is probably an excellent choice!
I do really appreciate that the logo is small and not some crazy-sounding Amazon seller name.

bought a really pricey one from a big name because it was camo and cool looking, but I have to say the yellow gold branding and black looks very nice. And soooo soft and comfortable with great length. I am 5’7″. and the length is perfect mid calf. if i recall properly. I will buy another for sure!

Purchasing this came recommended by my friend that is a surfer. Its main purpose is to act as my towel at the gym. It has been the best gym purchase of all time and we constantly get people asking about it. It is perfect to take off all my sweaty clothes under before my shower without flashing everyone, then I just leave the gym after my shower with just this on. Can’t wait to see a bunch of the other people at my gym with this.
