Nice all around. Good size. Clear labels. Easy to set up. Easy to store. Comes with a few different stick options, and a drum pad to boot. I was able to find some music on-line and created some of my own just through trial and error. Fun for kids and adults. Able to play laptop, or on stand or table.

The glockenspiel sounds great, not a single dead note. I like that the notes are pressed into the bars instead of painted on.
The practice drum is much more responsive and nicer to use than my rubber-topped practice pad.
Decent drumsticks, but the mallets for the glockenspiel could be better – they’re the super cheap plastic ones that don’t sound good at all and the sticks are so weak that they bend constantly, making playing with them absolutely terrible. Thankfully, I have some rubber ball mallets from a tank drum that will work well enough while I make some glockenspiel mallets.

This set is really nicely done. It’s not top notch, but it’s just right for practicing. The sound quality is decent. I really appreciate how the keys are etched for ease of reference. I was a little disappointed at the plastic mallets, but they work fine. The stand is a bit awkward as it is just a single pole threaded in to the center of the bottom of the instrument. My child prefers playing it without the trouble of the stand. Again, it works. I really love the carrying case. It was thoughtfully done and helps to store it safely out of the way when not in use. The price point and overall setup make this a good buy and great starter set.

This is a quality instrument. The case is nicely organized, and the glockenspiel is easy to set up, especially with the upper portion of the stand attached first. It’s also much more compact and portable than I thought it would be. It has clearly displayed notes which is great if you’re a beginner. The bars produce really pleasant sounds. It sounds like a professional instrument. It even comes with a drum practice pad which was a nice surprise and useful for practicing. Overall, I’m pleased with this and i think it’s a great deal.

I remember playing one of these in music class when I was younger and it was always so much fun. And even though it’s been a while, the enjoyment comes right back. Now I’m for sure a beginner and I would say that this set is perfect for someone like me or likely for a professional as well, except for the mallets. The mallets are plastic, which don’t create the correct sound and don’t bounce off of the keys in the way I would expect. But if you want to you can always go out and buy more professional mallets for this.
The sound from this is great, althoguh again, as a beginner, I don’t really have a lot to compare it to so I can’t say for sure whether there is better sound from other brands. But to me, it sounds great. The collapsable stand makes it very convenient to fold away when not in use. I really like being able to store it in the case too, so that it doesn’t get damaged when in the closet.

This Lunalezeo glockenspiel and practice drum pad set arrived in a custom-sized box. All of the components were packed well. Inside the foam-padded box, was a handled soft black zippered case. Within the case, which is organized in layers, was a closeable pocket for the drum pad. Below that was a sleeve for the two-part stand. Below that were two sleeves: One for a music sheet holder and another for both the drum sticks and glockenspiel mallets (hard beaters). Underneath this flap was the glockenspiel itself. All of these components, sans the drum pad, were all wrapped, as well.
This is a nicely organized case. The instrument is easy to set up, with the exception of the glockenspiel. I found it easier to attach the upper portion of the stand to it first and then attaching that to the stand base. Why? The instrument just has a threaded screw hole in it’s bottom. I found it awkward attempting to attach the glockenspiel to the completed base and was unable to do so and worried that I’d scratch the frame or damage the threads. There’s no issue attaching the drum pad.
The instrument itself is nice. Notes are clearly displayed on each of the metal tone bars. The tone bars produce pleasant sounds when struck. Not that the components are all average in quality (this includes the stand, the glockenspiel and the mallets). The tone bars on the glockenspiel aren’t attached to it in a uniform manner. The spacing between all of them is off and most of the bars aren’t straight (as seen in the accompanying photos). This doesn’t hamper playing the instrument, but should be noted. Another issue is how the glockenspiel attaches to the base, which was noted earlier. There’s only a single point of contact with the frame via a bolt that goes directly into it. It’d be better with a four point contact that the instrument rests on (that could unfold like the base). Other instruments have stands like this. I imagine that would add to the expense, though. This works. I just hope it lasts. The handles on the stand and the stand itself seems cheaper. It works, though.
All this typed, this is a nice instrument and it’s fun to play. I’m happy to have it. It’s a deal at this price point (at the time this review is being written). It just needs more polish and quality control.
As an aside, I’m not sure why a drum practice pad was bundled with this instrument. Perhaps just to practice your rhythm? Still, it’s nice to have. I’ve noticed that other bundles include this, as well.
All in all, I’m pleased with this item. Should my experience with it fall out of tune in the future, I’ll update the review.
