I bought this for my Gran daughter. She thinks it is great and uses it for her monthly cramps. I have bought a few others as gifts. I have had one for a few years.

I ordered it summer of last year. When it arrived, I turned it on just to check if it was working, and that bulb light went on, I felt reassured, but did not use it. Fast forward months later, we are now deep into the winter in February, and Iwanted to use it. I followed the directions on the paper insert, and though the bulb lights up in the beginning, it dies out after a few seconds. The unit never heated up. The unit has never been used and it doesn’t work. I have never dropped it, or otherwise mishandled the product. IT JUST DID NOT WORK. What to do? Maybe the light bulb had gone bad, so I used the replacement light supplied and the turned the unit back on, and the unit is now working, but god knows for long, and where will I find replacement light bulbs to order and how much will they cost? I feel that I am now stuck with a $36 piece of unpredictable junk. Yes, it’s Made in China. I really need to commit to buying my electronics from the US, Japan or Korea because the quality is more reliable there.

I’ve only had this handheld device for 24 hours, so my review is based on that –
The simplicity of this handheld design is wonderful! great for light to skin contact and easy to use.
The two settings are a added bonus. Most red lights only have one setting.
My only complaint (if you’d even call it that), is I wish the cord were longer, but nothing an extension cord can’t fix.
As far as pain management – that’s yet to be seen, but I plan to keep using this device as recommended and hope it yields some relief.

I really like this hand held light! It fits well in my hand, not heavy and moves easily over the area of use. There are two heat settings, I used it on low and found that to be the right temperature for me. Easy to use and convenient. I would recommend this product!

I have several of the pad types with these handhelds for me work better because I can move it from location to location. I have one that does not heat up but I’ve loaned it to an elderly friend that needs it and it’s working for her so I got this one however I feel it heats up too. It could actually burn your skin because it gets too hot on the high setting so if you get one pay very close attention to what you’re doing, do not fall asleep with it against your skin and don’t let children around it. Other than that it does work and the heat feels good. Because of it getting too hot I took off a star.

El producto realmente no pude usarlo así que no puedo dar referencias, nada más enchufarlo se estropeó porque no venía von la tensión que se usa en España, sino que venía con 110 y en España son 220. No entiendo porqué me ma daros uno con la tensión incorrecta para el país. Decir, que me devolvieron el dinero sin poner pegas
