No complaints and was able to verify with my doctor that it is accurate. I will describe how to adjust the date and time below:
The device is easy to use to check your blood pressure, but if you want to correct the date and time, it’s a little confusing. I just figured it out myself after reading the instructions over and over. It’s only confusing, because when you press the “START/STOP” to make a user selection as instructed in the manual, the device shuts off, so you think it didn’t work. Here are the steps.
1. With the device off, press and hold [SET] until the number (year) begins to flash.
2. Press [MEM] to change to the correct year. It starts over once it gets so high.
3. Press [SET] to confirm.
4. The date will show. Use [MEM] to select the correct month.
5. Press [SET] to confirm.
6. Use [MEM] to select the correct day.
7. Press [SET] to confirm.
8. The time (24HR) will show. Use [MEM] to select the correct hour.
9 Press [SET] to confirm.
10 Use [MEM] to select the correct minutes.
11. Press [SET] to confirm.
12. The device shuts off, but settings have been updated.
Additionally, to switch between User 1 and User 2, with the device off, press [SET], the device will turn on and if you press [SET] it will bounce between #1 and #2. Select which user you want, then Press the On/Off button to confirm. Again, the device turns off, but when you press it again, the user you selected will be active. Just a little confusing and not well laid out in the manual.

I really wanted to like this one as it does seem to have fairly accurate readings HOWEVER… when taking the readings it gets extremely tight on the arm. Literally turned my hand blue for a good 5 seconds. No volume controls so my whole house knows my readings. Pros:
-Compact design w/storage bag
-Screen size is big and easy to read
-No set up needed, easy to use
-Can be used with batteries or plug in charger (not included)

I ordered this so my telehealth visits could be updated with proper vitals. The order was placed on a sunday the following Tuesday i took my bp at the local sams club, it was elevated; systolic well over 130 , but i had a sweater on and figured that was why however, i was relieved to know i already had a cuff coming. The cuff arrived on Thursday i promptly took my bp and it was alarmingly high; systolic over 150. Took the bp of my 86lbs 10yo daughter and hers was unusually high as well systolic over 120 (she has no health issues whatsoever). I made a dr appt immediately and my bp in office was my normal 120/67. I got back home and two hours after that appt this equipment gave a reading of 152/100. According to this equipment i should be having a stroke any day now. The worst part is, there are no troubleshooting or calibration instructions. Theres instructions about error but only for the dispaly not for performance.
Its going back!! Immediately.

A reasonable price for reasonable accuracy. I recommend doing three tests and then determine the mean/average. You will see the device measures slightly differently upon each test. Not by much, but enough to realize it’s not a perfect measuring device. This is solved simply by measuring three times and then averaging those values to arrive at a reliable figure. Of course, it is necessary to be still and in the same arm position relative to the heart each time. For instance, if you hang you arm down versus raising your arm up, you will get different pressure measurements. This is to be expected. just do the same arm position each time and don’t move around. Same thing with heart rate. Best way is to relax in a chair for about 10 minutes before using this device. This ensures you are getting a “resting” measurement each time that will be easier to compare each time.

I feel like I am my own nurse. It is easy to connect. Once it is connected to your arm all you need to do is to press the on button and it begins to test right away, done in a couple seconds. . The monitor is clear and accurate.
I have not set the time or anything like that as yet but it’s very functional. Cheaper than the cost of those on the shops that I had checked. I am happy with my purchase.
