When we popped.this out of the box we were confused, it’s so small! Couldn’t figure out how to get it to work so we popped some neb solution in it and tried it out. It was so quiet we couldn’t even tell it was running! Haven’t had an emergency use for it, but it’ll come in handy while traveling.

Looked sturdy, well-made. Easy to assemble despite poor instruction manual. We tried it with batteries first, as the portability was what initially drew me to the product. The battery compartment would not close with batteries inside. Didn’t matter because even when holding the door on the unit did not power on. So I tried the USB cord with my laptop. This time, we saw the green lights come on and would toggle through the modes with the power button. So I added my med and powered the unit on. No vapor. Unhooked everything, tried the hot water unclog method as instructed, just as a last ditch effort. No vapor. I returned the unit, just waiting for my refund so I can try a different manufacturer.

It did what the box says. Howver about three weeks later it no longer works, no matter what cimbination of cables and usb chargers tried.

My child has a sensitivity to sound and requires frequent breathing treatments through the day. This little machine is the best travel size (fits in my mini backpack and his diaper bag. It’s very simple to use and makes the treatments faster easier to do, especially when we have life to do( groceries, school pick ups etc) for 18$ this is by far the best purchase and it’s an essential item for my child. Only down side is that it took a month to ship in.

Good things first First off iterm is silent and tiny. Now onto the MAIN ISSUES. One it doesn’t work with just batteries period never has. Only turns on for when it’s plugged in. So does that really make it portable ? Answer –> NO. It shuts down when tilted which I guess is good when liquid moves around in chamber. Is it WATER PROOF? Answer–> NO it is not it will leak if u slightly tilt it period. It will also come out of mouth piece which is not good. The masks that come with it. Well unless your a ommpa lumpa and or a baby the masks won’t work there a joke. So for 99% of the adult population u will need to use mouth piece period. How long will the machine last not sure only used it 1 time so far will update as I use it.
