The plates are beautiful, sturdy and well designed. I had only one problem: one of the plates shows a crack that occurred before the enamel coating. It will not break but quality control should have addressed it.

These dishes are exactly what I had hoped. They replaced a set that were painted with lighthouses that I truly loved. Over time the favored lighthouse dishes had faded from use and the dishwasher. We decided that we needed plain white so that wouldn’t happen again. We don’t need cups, saucers. We only needed plates and bowls. These are perfect. The dinner and sandwich plates are just the right size as are the pasta bowls and cereal bowls. They fit nicely in the cupboard and look classy on the table. We are very happy with the set.

Recently decided to revamp my kitchen dinnerware and go with the new trend of a simple yet chic look. This dinnerware comes as a set for 4 and is basic white, made of a lightweight, very durable porcelain which is not bland looking, its easy on the eyes and can go from casual dinning to a formal elevated dinner with some pop with very little effort. The dinner and salad plates are a prefect size for everyday use with a slight curve and stack well. The bowls are average size with nice depth and stack higher, as they do not rest as far within each other. The coffee mugs sold me! Love them! Although the set comes with 16 ounce cups, they hold 12 ounces easily for brewing of pure bliss in the mornings for coffee or tea, allowing for extra room for added flavors like cream and sugar.
For a quick warmup at 2 minutes in the microwave, the cups worked great and the handles were not hot to the touch. Doing a re-heat of left overs, the dinner plate was hot to the touch after 1.30 min in the microwave and needed a pot holder to remove. Have not used them in the oven yet.
The dishes stack/load well in the dishwasher. No indication of scratch marks on the glaze coating after using sharp knives on them.
The set came very securely packaged/wrapped in styrofoam. There were no visible flaws or chips on the dishes upon initial unpacking. Also, the set(s) came all the same color with no slight color variance of shades of plates vs cups or bowls. I purchased 2 sets of this dinnerware.
Overall – a nice, crisp, yet stylish set for the price that did not break the bank. I would buy this product again, it is an impressive buy for the price.
