I generally do not write product reviews. The product needs to be really horrible or really amazing in order for me to be moved to write a review.
The Margaritaville drink mixer falls in the latter of the two categories. This little “frozen heaven delivery system” is way beyond my expectations. Extremely well made and of really good quality. It cranks out frozen drinks at high speed and is only limited by your imagination.
Our Margaritaville arrived on a Thursday and we used it through the weekend mixing up our first batch of rum and golden pear creamsicles at 11:00 am Sunday morning…. As someone very famous recently said “Isn’t Happy Hour Anytime?”
Do not hesitate to spend the money on this amazing machine.

This arrived about two weeks ago and we’ve used it three or four times since. It works exactly as described. I recommend using frozen mixes in the jar if you want your concoctions to come out truly slushy. when I used a liquid mix, the drinks came out with a bunch of ice floating on top of the liquid. When we made drinks with frozen mixes, the liquor provided just the correct amount of liquid so that the drinks came out like a slushy. Don’t get me wrong, the drinks made with a liquid mix were great, but I preferred the slushy drinks as did my friends. I’ve made frozen concoctions with my Ninja blender which were very good, but these were better, especially those made with the frozen mix.

This product is excellent. Worked straight out of the box. The directions provided were not very clear but numerous YouTube vids are more than adequate. By the 3rd pitcher made you’ll be a pro.

I have had another Margarita device. It worked great as well. This takes your ice and turns it into a slushie. Just add your alcohol to the blender before mixing.

We originally ordered this for my son’s graduation party. But now we bring it out anytime we have company. It is not too heavy, comes with great recipes and a large measuring cup. It is definitely a hit. Shaves the ice before blending for a perfect frozen cocktail consistancy!
