I was skeptical at first because the bars look thin and frail, and when they arrived, the box was damaged and one pole dented. I purchased 2 of these shelves for my husband’s birthday and he filled them with heavy board games. They look fantastic and they are holding up wonderfully! Each shelf can hold about 30lbs! Truly a great purchase.

It technically works and it comes with the earthquake clips to attach it to the wall. Those are the good things I can say about it.
I wouldn’t trust it to hold some of the stuff they show in the images. And putting it together while, the steps are “easy” (hence the 2 stars), actually taking those steps can be a journey through multiple feelings

And if you don’t want to put it in one of the exact shapes listed, don’t bother buying one. Those are your only options unless you want leftover parts.
The metal pipes are made of metal that is barely stronger than aluminum foil and the ends can be insanely sharp. If you do get this, I suggest you figure out the shape you want it in and super glue the parts together so they don’t slide apart every time you try to add more.
I gave it 3 stars because it’s cheap, can hold things and is a little customizable. Outside of that, if you can spend anymore, I’d go with something else.

So I really liked the way it turned out overall, but they really need to explain how the pieces work better in the description. I was able to make a 4×2 shelf and a 2×2 with the 16 box set, but even still I technically didn’t have everything I needed, for the 2×2 I didn’t have enough edge pieces, so I replaced a row of them with all middle pieces and it’s very slight but now the 2×2 is bent a little to be able to work with those. Another thing that I saw advertised was how easy it was to assemble, and I was like okay I’ll be able to do this in like an hour, it took me 2 1/2 hours to get it set up because of how annoying it is to align the poles after you make the first shelve. That being said though, this is still a product worth the money, it holds up pretty good and I liked how you creative you can be with it, you just have to figure out how to be economical with the pieces you have.

Love it. Easy to set up. Looks as advertised. Decent quality for price although be very careful with the polls- they bend fairly easily during set up if you don’t handle them properly. Holds a lot. Even strong enough to hold a whole watermelon in one cube while the rest is full of snacks, canned food, backpacks, helmets and we use the side hooks for our broom and Swiffer.

Wanted an easy bookshelf for my bedroom but didn’t have the time to shop for designs…… saw this on prime day and the price was right! fast delivery, clear instructions and easy assembly. love that we were able to move the shelves to be long instead of tall and make a bigger cubie hole for an accent spot. fits 7 decent size paperbacks in each cubby and could probably easily stack them 2 deep. the only disappointment was the standard storage bins I bought to try in the cubby’s are smaller than the shelf ( there’s about a 2 inch gap) but easily can work with that spacing for what I’m using it for. Overall impressed with this bookshelf on quality, price and overall appearance!!

It did take some time to put together, but one person can do it. You do have to be careful, because while putting it together I felt like I would bend the poles. Once together it seemed very sturdy.
