Just be aware that if you decide to break it up into 2 sections as promoted in the description, the bottom of one of the racks will be open. There are only 5 shelves so one side will get 3 and other 2. I bought specifically to use as 2 separate shelves, as I didn’t have the height to stack. I don’t believe it’s as strong as advertised. The supporting structure seems strong enough, but the shelves are thin pressed metal with a small amount of support bracing on the underside. It went together fast. Packed well and instructions are easy to follow. Overall I am happy as it was cheap, doing what it was meant to do, and I’m not asking it to hold up things that are thousands of pounds.

The shelf until is well made. They are not difficult to assemble but would be much easier with a helper.
They were packed well for shipping and the instructions were better than most.

These were more of a pain to install than they should have been. I bought 6 of these and out of the 6 3 of them has missing pegs on the horizontal bars. this has resulted in me only having 4 shelves out of the 5 on 3 of the shelving units.
this is unacceptable quality. may be better to find a better quality manufacturer.

Overall they’re ok. I bought 22 of them for a basement project, but some of the support bars are bent while others are damaged where it connects. Of the 22, I was able to build 20 of them successfully, and 2 of them are going in the garbage.

The shelves are about 3’ H X 3’W x 16” D. The shelves were fairly easy to put together and the directions were much better then most of the furniture I put together. I was surprised by how sturdy the shelves were once I had everything together.
Tip #1: use the gloves. I’ve put together a lot of furniture and I can’t ever remember wearing a pair of gloves. I was even surprised when I saw that the shelves came with gloves. However, I got a metal splinter in my finger during step #1. After putting on the gloves, no issues at all.
Tip #2: use a rubber mallet (if you have one). The shelves do come with a cheap plastic hammer. I appreciate that the manufacturer included it, but it doesn’t do nearly as good to job as a rubber mallet.
Tip #3: after the bottom section of the frame is together, the instructions have you placing all of the shelves on the bottom and moving them up as you build the rest of the frame. I found it much easier to build each level and then slide the shelf in. there’s plenty of room to slide each shelf in as you build it

This is a very well made shelving unit. I like the metal shelves. Vary easy to assemble. This is a great value and very well made.

This is your classic made in China product that uses pictures that look like it can hold generators and tires and all sorts of other things, but you can judge from my photo whether it can do that. Easy to assemble and well-made, but much flimsier than it lets on in the ad. I’m surprised it’s getting ratings this high as it misrepresents itself and is misleading for someone looking for a heavy duty product.

My kitchen doesn’t have the storage space for all of my “extras” that I use for food preserving, baking, etc.
I do have storage down in my basement, but it is a pain to always being going down there to get what I need.
I had been wanting a shorter shelving unit for my basement stair landing, mostly for those items I am constantly grabbing. This shelving set is exactly what I had wanted and it fit perfectly in that space. It did take a bit to put it together, but let me tell you it is very sturdy and durable. The finish on the shelves is beyond nice and will not bend or rust out like those standard metal garage shelves do. As with most things, measure first to make sure it will fit your space. I loved how easy it was to adjust the middle shelf to fit my oddball items by height. I was actually able to get more onto the shelves than I originally expected to. It’s nice because it is just a few steps away from my kitchen and a few steps down to grab what I need. It is canning season and boy oh boy, do I appreciate “ok, love”, having this shelving so close by. My husband loves it too, because he is not looking at all of my stuff laying out on the dining room table. I highly recommend it for whatever your needs may be. It really is very nice.
