This espresso machine is absolutely fantastic. Does what is supposed to do, it’s small and cute and the price is unbeatable. Have many coffee makers at home and this is my absolutely favorite. Excellent for travel if you can’t live without your espresso coffee. I buy different brands of espresso pods and never had a problem. Just bought another one to gift a friend. The only complaint would be they sent me the wrong color but it’s good. Would definitely recommend for espresso lovers;)

This is the second Mixpresso I’ve purchased. I bought the first one (red) and liked it so much I bought a second Mixpresso (black) for our lake home
Both machines came very well packaged. Definitely not frustration-free packing bit it certainly did the job. The set up was quick and easy for the first machine. No issues whatsoever, even for a novice. The one I bought for our lake house was a bit of an issue. It’s an old lake cabin and has only two prong outlets. So it required a three prong adapter (we have proper grounding) and we plan on upgrading to a proper three prong outlet soon. That glitch isn’t Mixpresso’s fault but be advised, it does require a three prong outlet.
I haven’t had any issues with the machine properly accepting a variety of Nespresso capsules . They all have loaded properly first try and delivered good espresso. I would say that the black model seems to drip, drip, drip longer than the red. I’m patient. The black model seems a bit quieter than the red but that could be a matter of different kitchen acoustics. All in all, it’s no louder than other machines I’ve heard. It’s easy to clean. The water canister is a bit fiddly to fill and set but I solved that annoyance by bringing the water to the canister. Much easier.
Although I can’t speak to longevity, no issues thus far and I consider it a good bargain.

I’ve been using this machine for over a month now. It’s very simple, intuitive, easy to run and clean, and it’s quick. Highly recommended for those who like expresso and/or cappuccino that can be made easily and requires almost no cleanup, except washing the empty cup.

I’ve just unboxed it and tried it out; it makes a good cup of coffee. It’s loud compared to other machines I’ve experienced, so it could wake others nearby in the a.m. But it is working as expected. I love the small size. It fits easily into a kitchen with little space!

It is a great espresso maker for it being cheap I have used a lot of espresso maker and so far this is one of the best machines I have used the other better one I have used is at my work and it is a $10,000 machines so it should be better then a machines at $140 the only downside I have seen it is maker some noise when make a espresso but my espresso maker at work makes noise to so it is a great espresso maker if you want a good cup of espresso for cheap

I had a Nesspresso machine for about 15 years. It finally quit and I bought this to replace it. I’m pleased with it overall. My only disappointment was the amount of creama. I was used to more. It’s easy to use and clean.

We recently stayed in a hotel that provided nespresso in the room rather than just standard coffee. My husband turned into an espresso monster and after coming home all he wanted was an espresso machine. I didn’t want to go expensive because I wasn’t sure if it was just a passing phase or if he was going to stick to this new passion. This machine is a perfect balance between quality and price. I remember a lot of reviews stating how loud it was, and honestly, it really isn’t that bad. Maybe if you live in a studio or small apartment without separation between rooms the noise would be worse, but I’ve never noticed it in the mornings and hardly during the evenings. When it comes to the flavor production of the unit, we aren’t in tune enough with espresso and what makes it good versus bad to judge the unit on that. Overall the espresso comes out tasting great and strong. My husband’s only critiques are that the empty pod reservoir is small and needs to be dumped frequently and that there needs to be a low water indicator on the unit so a pod doesn’t get wasted when there isn’t enough and he forgets to check.

This is a great product! I love being able to brew a tasty espresso with a rich crema every morning! It brews much better than a nespresso pixie machine! It uses all the types of capsules as long as they are compatible with the Nespresso original machines.

J’ai mis 4 car l’espresso qu’on fait avec est parfait même avec du café cheap. Malheureusement, la machine coule énormément d’eau par le dessous. Mon comptoir était plein. J’ai essayer de replacer le récipient d’eau pour voir quel était le problème.. Le “seal” de rubber ne semble vraiment pas assez étanche et à chaque café ça cause un dégât d’eau. Je l’ai reçu aujourd’hui et la retourné et vais acheter la nespresso. Mais si tu es un peu patenteux et que ça te dérange pas de modifier la machine il y a sûrement un moyen de rendre le tout plus étanche. Je ne voulais pas jouer la dans et perdre ma garantie donc, je la retourne au fabricant.
