The temp control is a bit of a mystery still but overall it looks good , great quality – keeps things cold and is an ace addition to the tasting room for Gracianna Winery in the Russian River Valley. Come see it on Westside Road!

Looked great and worked. In for 2 days then I was away a few days and came back and not working. Wine fridges aren’t well made it seems and this is no different. Shame as was nice.
*** Update. I was very pleased with the way the seller dealt with this. They were in touch, apologized profusely and refunded me without argument. I had purchased a replacement already elsewhere (as it was urgent due to wanting to keep the wine safe in the heat) but I will certainly buy again when I need another one in a few months. Their customer service was excellent so my thanks. Amazon messed around but the seller was exemplary! Hope the next one I order works as well as their customer service.

So far, so good. Looks better in person vs pics on Amazon. Fit perfectly under our counter and is super quiet. We use the fridge for red wine only. Only not is that the spacing in shelves doesn’t support wine bottles that are wider. They will fit but you can’t get as many bottles on that shelf with non standard bottle widths. But overall really happy with purchase.

My old wine cooler quit. I needed another one quick for a large Easter dinner gathering. This one fit the spot. The cooler was package great. No damage on the box’s or foam. But the cooler was dented on the back top. It had to be damaged from the factory and still shipped. I played with the metal to make it look presentable. The cooler never gets to 46°. Barely gets to 47°. Nite be from the damaged cover. I had no time to ship back and replace the cooler. IF it was not damaged the cooler looks very presentable. The blue light is nice.
After my first review
The company reached out to me. I didn’t see the concerned letter they had wrote me. I am working 12 – 16 hours a day 7 days a week. The letter gave me great options to make me satisfied. When I didn’t respond for a while they kept sending me the various ways to put a smile on my face. They never gave up. It’s like they had a need to make it right.
I opted to get a new wine cooler. It was delivered immediately. The new one works wonderful. As usual I took a while for me to write this reply. In today’s world when you think that nobody cares. These people do care and are insistent to make it right. I will say the blue light is first class. The cooler looks great in any place or surroundings, AND it works fantastic.

UPDATE3: CC has confirmed no refund was issued and fraud dispute has been filed against this company and Amazon. It is no longer safe to shop on Amazon. They do not honor consumer protection laws in the United States. Stuck with a defective fridge and no refund to purchase another from some place else. UPDATE 2: So far the seller has not sent a replacement seal for the defective one or replaced the fridge. They claimed they issued a refund through Amazon, but going on 8 days later, no refund has been issued. Fridge is becoming warmer due to defective seal. They are begging me to change my review by claiming they are a small seller. SURE. Do not buy from a seller than does not stand behind its products. I would love to change my review IF this seller actually complied with terms of service on Amazon
UPDATE: This seller has so far refused to replace this defective fridge and they are trying to phish my email address from me to circumvent Amazon’s messaging system. I am also told to repair this fridge when I don’t possess the physical strength to try and wrench the door off to attempt to fix it. This drink fridge was expensive. It is defective. Reducing my rating further unless this seller replaces the item.

The fridge is cold, but the cold air is escaping out of the defective door whose seal has a gap above the handle and therefor the door won’t seal shut. Needs to be replaced. Will update my review when seller responds. Too expensive to not have the door able to seal shut.

This fridge has been fantastic. Holds temperature well, very quiet. It fits under our counter perfectly and the blue light is nice. Very easy to set up and fits many different shaped bottles. Now to get more wine to fill it all the way up!

We love our new wine fridge. It looks great, fits perfectly next to our counter (could even fit under a counter top if you wish), and the dual-temperatures are exactly what we wanted. My white wines are now cold and crisp, much better than in our regular refrigerator. Because it is regulating two separate temps, it is a bit noisy when the motor runs (like a typical refrigerator). Not terribly distracting but noticeable when we first got it.
I also would like to commend this seller. The product was damaged in shipping resulting in a bent part underneath the fridge and broken footers. They shipped us a new parts and unfortunately one piece was not the correct one, so they resent another one until it was right. This seller communicated with me throughout the process and was committed to making sure I was a happy, satisfied customer.
