I needed a mixer last minute for my thanksgiving cooking. This mixer worked great and came right on time. The storage case underneath makes it super convenient to store. A minor critique I have is the mixers are a bit complicated to take out. The design on removing them could be improved. Otherwise a great product!

My old hand mixer(kenmore) lasted for about 9 years. Its motor was still powerful but place where we attach beaters was no more able to hold beaters.
I uses hand mixer a lot for cakes, frostings, waffles, pancakes and many more, So i was looking for something powerful like kenmore.
I tried so many hand mixers with 4 stars review from amazon but i returned all of them. I was not satisfied with them.
I saw this one (MUELLER HAND MIXER) on amazon. Its made in Austria. I had a very good experience in past with electronics made in Europe specially Germany and Austria so i wanted to try this one.
The box in which it arrived was rough but it had a security seal that says “The box may look rough but rest assured there is a new item inside. Seal was on both sides of box so was completely satisfied.
I opened the box and there was a brand new hand mixer.
Quality is really good unlike others that i tried before.
It comes with a manual. The thing i was worried about was that it says maximum operation time per mixing should not exceed 5 minutes and there should be a 20 minutes minimum rest between the two cycles.
Anyways I tried this and believe me, my job is always done before 5 minutes 😀
Iam keeping this one.
The only thing i misses is retractable cord of kenmore, but thats not a big issue.
I am very happy with purchase.
UPDATE AFTER USING 1 YEAR
After using one year beaters got rusted. I contacted the manufacturer for spare parts but unfortunately they don’t sell spare parts, now this machine is of no use without beaters. They suggested me to buy another mixer as one year has past and warranty has been expired. That is why i took 4 stars away.
I would recommend them to use rust resistant material for beaters.
AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ANYMORE

I have to say I don’t use a mixer much so I needed one for the holidays, so when I saw this at this price point I couldn’t believe it.Not only is there lots of power behind this, the storage case and the extra beaters was very nice. You can’t beat this price and quality.

I had to replace my original mixer that I had for years!!! It finally burnt out. I read the reviews and they were pretty good about this mixer. Im glad I got it! It comes with a container attached to it to store the blades which is really nice feature. It has 5 speeds which is so awesome. It goes really fast so be careful when you turn it up otherwise you will have cake batter everywhere! It’s well made and easy to detach the mixers.

I have fairly low standards for hand mixers so as long as they assemble properly and can mix up cake mix and heavy whipping cream they pass my tests. The compact case was a wonderful bonus for my stamdards

FINALLY someone got smart and made a compartment that holds all the accessories within the container. It container clips right on to the bottom of the mixer so I never had to go hunting for the mixer attachments. LOVE that aspect. Mixer works great. Does all the mix-y things a mixer is supposed to do. A++ Great wedding or white elephant gift. Good price.

I bought this on a Prime day special for under $15. However the performance and appearance are far superior to the hand mixer it replaced at double that cost that I had purchased a few years ago. This hand mixer comes with beater and hooks and a dedicated place directly underneath the motor to store your cord and accessories. Please it just looks nice with a sleek brushed steel.

I just had to come back and write an update because their customer service earned it.
The day of or the day after I wrote my review the company reached out to me immediately refunding my purchase and sent me a new one.
Within a week of writing my review they resolved my complaint and I’m loving my mixer again. I am taking the extra precaution to wash the beaters right after I am done to prevent rusting. But I’m so grateful for their customer service & their promptness to fix the problem.

The beaters rusted….
Not sure if I just got some lousy beaters or if the beaters just aren’t very good quality, but all I did was soak my beaters for a couple days & when my husband was doing dishes he broke the news & I’ve been immensely disappointed ever since.
The motor on this thing is crazy. There is no slow lol I only put it on level one because it is so powerful. Works amazingly as far as that is concerned but the beaters rusting broke my heart. I even tried looking for replacement beaters by the same company & they don’t exist. I would think they would offer something like that but I guess not.
So it is sitting under my counter and I just don’t know what to do with it. I don’t want to throw it away but if I can’t find replacement beaters that fit & work, I’m going to have to. I did not try the dough beaters but I’m worried the same thing will happen.
So, if you do get this powerhouse, make sure you have a strong grip & strong arm, and you wash the beaters right away and don’t soak them. I hope the moisture in the foods you whip up doesn’t eventually lead to rust. I just don’t know. But you will whip up egg whites and whipping cream faster than ever before.
It’s a lot of fun honestly.
